This is a cozy, dainty place. All of their flavored are great. I especially want to point out a worker named clay. He took the time to help each individual offering samples and narrowing down choices. Respectful, kind and funny; Clay made us feel like we had know him for ages. Baskin Robbins: This man is fantastic!!!

My husband and I come here weekly and it’s always a great experience. Ice cream is delicious and the guys that work there are very friendly and take good care of all customers!

Great customer service, the guys working this location certainly know how to take care of business. They are very welcoming and overly helpful for the indecisive customer much like myself. I enjoy this location probably more than any other i have ever been too because of the quality of products and just the overall customer experience.

5 stars! This location is closer to my house and I have been coming here for years. I remember the same workers because I’ve seen them since I was younger. The staff is GREAT! They are very friendly and always seem on top of their game. If I’m not in Irving, I come to this location on Tuesdays because its $ 1 scoop. It usually gets pretty crowded at night, but that just means more love for Baskin Robbins :)

We’ve been to this location twice now. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. The selection of flavors is fantastic. This will be our new go-to for ice cream cones.

Run of the mill ice cream, not horrible, not the best. Its close to home and we have been a few times. The reeses peanut butter sundae was fine. Wife likes the chocolate almond.

The best ice cream ever made! It reminds me of the good old days, being a kid again and going for ice cream with the grandparents. It’s to be expected to pay a little extra for flavors you can’t get anywhere else. I enjoy getting to take my kids there with friends(good times and good memories). Try daiquiri ice; it’s an acquired taste.

Our ice cream dude was very stoic and almost Viking like. I felt a bit rushed as his beast-like demeanor shoved along each customer. The ice cream was OK. The place felt greasy. It just didn’t feel like the Baskin Robbins I knew as a kid. With all of these new ice cream shops opening up, I could see why people go to the other places. The huge plus about this place is location. Other than that, I wouldn’t go out of my way to stop by here.
