We specialize in Coffee. Our expertise is making traditional espresso drinks. We also enjoy brewing coffee in ways most people are not used to. We find this makes us unique. We want you to taste the coffee.

We are also a wholesale coffee provider for Restaurants, Grocers and other Coffee Shops.

History

Established in 2011.

Garold and Jimmy are elementary school friends. They have a shared passion for creating quality products that are often as interesting as they are tasty. They were both laid off in the Fall of 2009. Garold was going on and on about how he missed Roasting coffee in Alaska. Jimmy didn’t want to see his friend move back up North. He started asking questions about what they needed for a Roastery. Garold then introduced the idea of having a coffee shop to showcase the product. Jimmy could run the coffee shop and Garold could run the Roastery.

It was a match made in coffee. Before the conversation ended they had already looked at the first potential location drawn some crude ideas of what it could look like. And Started a business plan that they still model everything they do after.

Business Owner

Jimmy Story runs the Coffee Shop at AVOCA coffee. He has been in the retail industry for over 10 years. He has done everything from Barista, Store Manager, Training staffs and building stores.

Often people call him Story. He looks old but don’t let the gray hair fool you.
