I had a minor accident earlier in the morning on 8÷17÷14 and was not from Ft. Worth. I stopped here before getting on the road to drive home and a girl (I think named Christine?) immediately came out to help me. She was able to tape up some of the lights that were loose and also informed me what to look out for on the drive (check engine lights, noises, etc). She was very knowledgeable and had a positive attitude. Would return and I also recommend this location.
I hope that I have the correct name of the person who helped me because she deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service. Just in case, she had long brown hair and was young (I would say 20 years old or so). If the manager of the store is reading this, please share my kind thoughts.

Came here at 8:55 to buy one more thing of paint for a project. They had closed the store early… With employee still in the store that saw us but wouldn’t open the door. Why have store hours if you don’t observe them.

Super helpful staff here and I learned of another free AutoZone service: Battery Charging.
I had a small 12-​volt battery (for an electric gate) that went dry. I figured the battery was toast, but (after filling the cells with distilled water) decided to take it to AutoZone for testing. Well I learned that not only do they test, but they charge batteries too. Since their charger is higher amperage than my dinky home charger, I know this can often breath life into a battery.
The process took about an hour, so we used this time to pop down the street for some tamales, which we ate in the park.
An hour later we returned to AutoZone to learn that battery passed the test and charged properly. I put it back in the gate and so far it’s working fine. AutoZone’s free service just saved (or delayed) another cash outlay. Thanks AutoZone!
