Looking for certain style BMW. This dealership had one listed on website. Followed up with today phone call. Made some distance driving there. Had to wait. Then told the car had been sold. Would I like to test drive xar that costs 12,000 more. Classic bait abd switch.

Worst customer service. They won’t follow up, unless you are willing to pay over msrp like a moron. Stay away from this place. They are poor mannered vultures. Nothing more.

This has become my preferred dealership, have bought three BMWs from them and wouldn’t think about going elsewhere, even if it means driving out of town for it.
The difference is SERVICE. You can get a BMW (and other premium brands) elsewhere but if you value professionalism and a hassle/​game free buying experience, look no further. In all my years of buying and trading cars this is the absolute best dealer I’ve dealt with so far. I am able to do most of my business via email and phone before getting in and save a ton of time in the process.

Brought our 335i cabrio in to see Charles in service on 29 August 2014. Although I’ve only been there one time with another car — he remembered my name. Once again the support he provided along with the hospitality was exceptional. I waited for the car to be repaired and he not only followed up with me but also offered me a loner car to grab lunch. It’s great to have this level of service especially since I haven’t been as fortunate at other BMW dealerships. Service is $ 30-​$ 40 less per hour than other BMW shops around. That compounded with the service I get from Charles makes feel confident to buy another BMW. I drive almost 50 miles one way for service when there is a dealership 10 miles away. That’s because of Charles and the great customer service he provides. Thank you again Charles!

I received stellar service from my salesperson, Jerry Christensen, and the entire sales and F&I staff. I’ll drive the extra 45 miles to have my BMW serviced here as well because I TRUST them.

I purchased a 2008 BMW 335i back in June of 2013 from Autobahn BMW in Fort Worth. As soon as I drove the car of the lot a headlight went out. That was fixed at no charge by the dealership and I was okay with that. A couple of months later there was a loud rattling noise that came from under the hood. I took it to the dealership and was told that a blower fan had come loose and was brushing against the engine. That was supposedly fixed. Now to the final issue, yesterday while driving down the freeway the light indicating the engine was overheating came on and the car immediately lost power. I barley made it to the side of the road to avoid getting hit. I had the car towed to BMW Dallas and after being there for a day and a half the diagnoses is a burned out water pump. It was approximately 6 months since the blower issue was fixed and now I’m having an issue with the water pump. I believe the issue is related and now have lost complete confidence in the reliability of my vehicle.

We purchased a preowned X5 from Autobahn BMW on 6÷5÷13. Unfortunately, the vehicle had an issue shortly after purchase and had to be towed in for service. What happened over the next several days put all of the people at Autobahn to the test. I have worked in automotive dealerships in my career and I know what to expect. Let me be very clear, Autobahn BMW has the most professional staff that went above and beyond my expectations. My salesperson, James Whalen, and, Gabe Rodriguez, my service advisor, were extremely helpful to made sure our issues were resolved. When we are in need of another vehicle, it will be purchased through Autobahn BMW. I would suggest the same to anyone else in the market.
