Amazing Lash Studio

Absolute lack of customer service. I got lost coming to the location for the first time and so while I was on my way, I had called more than 5 times for help finding the location. No one answered.
Then, when I arrived to the location Cassandra (the «manager») told me she wouldn’t be able to accommodate my appointment because I was 10 minutes late.
Fuming I explained that I had just driven from Plano and had called prior to my appointment for help finding the location. She offered me to try the Alliance location, however they were fully booked. Meanwhile, another stylists was standing there saying I could try that location, there’s no such thing as a senior stylist and that she had been doing it for more than two years.
So while there are three of you are standing there, you are telling me that there are no stylists available, and that you were so busy you had to put people on hold? I find that absolutely laughable!
When I asked Cassandra what my options are, she said I could try other locations but she can’t honor my appointment.
So not only was my appointment not rescheduled or OFFERED to me, they refused to honor my appointment. No apology was made, no tangible resolution was given.
I spoke to Megan at corporate and will be expecting a call back. I’ve never had any problems at the las colinas location, clearly different store owners and management makes a huge difference because I’ve just about seen the worst of customer service here. And I don’t plan on ever referring any of my hospital physicians and mates to this location.

I feel pretty bad writing this review but i feel as if it is necessary to let readers know whats up before they spend their hard earned money here.
I was told to pick the eyelash style I wanted. Once I met with the stylist, i asked for FULL/​double lashes with a natural length… I left with patchy non-​full lashes. I ask the technician/​stylist politely if she could add fullness like I requested prior to the actual session, she then began to argue with me and told me that’s as full as they will be because I only had a certain amount of natural lashes. I got uncomfortable and dropped it. (double lashes are 3 thin lash in on natural lash opening) Which is completely false, that’s the beauty of eyelash extensions… you pay to have beautiful full lashes because you don’t have full lashes naturally.
I left the stylist a 20% tip at check out, Even though I was very dissatisfied… because that was the right thing to do. I walked half way to my car, then decided I should be fully satisfied for the amount of money I spent. I walked back into the store front to talk to the women at the front desk about what my options were. She was very frustrated and rude with me, after begging her to help me out she finally agreed that I was correct. She said I would have to come back in, remove all my lashes and add new ones. Removing all these extensions and replacing them all in two days is very scary. I have very full/​long natural lashes, I wanted extensions so I wouldn’t have to spend so much time putting mascara on. I’m worried I will damage my natural lashes putting so much stress on them. I felt like a huge burden, I don’t feel like I was treated like a paying customer AT ALL. I guess the Amazing Lash Studio was having a bad day. There was two other women who were very dissatisfied as well, one women was on the verge of crying. I would suggest that the Amazing Lash Studio train both the stylist and welcome desk employees to understand what their customers really want and how to problem solve in a nice manner.

Wasn’t a huge fan. I have had eyelash extensions at numerous places and this is probably the worst that I’ve ever received. They did not last very long and they damaged my regular lashes. My lashes are now broken and short. I was told to pick the eyelash style I wanted but once I met with the stylist, she said she likes to wing it instead.

Decided to try eyelash extensions out and this location was convenient and affordable. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and comfortable as well. As for the lashes, I love them! They last me about 2 – 3 weeks depending how well you take care of them. I love being able to wear minimal makeup and I’ve ditched my mascara, eyeshadows and eyeliner. Once you get lashes, it is addicting, but I get lots of compliments and they look very natural. I currently have the membership and it works since it pays for one of the fills each month. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try it out.

This place is horrible. The lash extensions themselves are terrible quality and don’t look natural. I’ve been there twice. The first set I got looked horrible, the stylist did not put the lashes on to where it would look good on my eyes. I ended up looking like Eyzma from Emperors New Groove. They have sizes from like 1 – 14 and the girl put like a 12 on the inner most part of my tiny eye, it looked horrible. I got them taken off and a new set put on, and the girl who did it the second time rushed through my entire appointment, didn’t talk to me at all and was rude. There was no separation of the lashes and I had like a chunk of 5 eyelashes glued together. AND I GOT AN EYE INFECTION!
Not only are the stylists bad the people who manage it are terrible. I signed up for the membership and then decided to cancel, they said I had to sign a cancellation form. Which means you have to drive all the way down there just to cancel, which is dumb. I signed the paper and they told me that everything on my account was cancelled and that I wouldn’t be charged. That was a lie, not only did I got charged this month but they lost my cancellation form. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Very clean and friendly! They gave me exactly what I asked for and for a great price. I signed up for the membership, I’m excited I can upgrade to volume lashes for just $ 15 with my membership. On my way out the phones were going crazy, front desk still took time to explain everything. I was in desperate need of coffee and asked where the nearest place was? She walked me outside and pointed it out even though she was way to busy to do that for me. Great job ladies!

This place just sucks. I got a new girl and terrible cheap looking lashes. Never again

They’re cheap and fast. They don’t remove old lashes, and they don’t separate, and some of their staff is not as meticulous as I would like– however the price is right and they don’t ding you for not coming in every 2 weeks

I have been coming here over a year and have always had excellent service and fabulous results. My favorite girls to book w/​atm are Kailey, Jenny, and Jennifer. They listen to my wishes and follow my instructions to a T, and I am very very picky :) I don’t choose one specific «style» of the 4 from which you can choose. Over time I have, with the help of the stylist, come up with what thickness and lengths work best on my eyes and existing lashes. I have had a couple of times with different «lashticians» where my lashes fell off within a short amount of time (like 3 – 4 days) and a quick phone call to the studio got me a free correction appointment the same or next day. There was also a time or two when one or both of my eyes got really red for a day or I had a broken blood vessel. I have noticed that it is usually from dryness or the glue (or both) during the extension procedure. So, Nowadays I just make sure to speak up during the procedure if I feel like the eye pad is not positioned right or if the glue is getting in my eye, etc. But again, I usually don’t have an issue. I have NEVER had an eye infection or anything like that after getting my lashes done. I am an RN and a germaphobe and must say that the studio/​stylist areas are always clean and the stylists always sanitize their hands and usually put on a mask before touching my face– this is SO important to me and helps avoid infection! overall, all of the staff are very nice– the manager is great, the girls that work the desk are friendly and professional, and they have the best prices around! — Addicted to lashes and beautiful eyes without having to wear makeup to work every day!

The monthly membership is a total scam do not get it. They won’t let you cancel it no matter what excuse you have. That’s literally how they stay in business because I gave this place many chances and was never 100% happy. I was scheduled for volume lashes one time and the girl did not do volume lashes, she double stacked regular lash extensions causing SO many of my real eyelashes to fall out. When I called back the lady at the front desk claimed «they don’t stack double lashes here» welp too bad I have many pictures of huge clumps of my eyelashes that fell off. Then when I asked for them to fix them and get the real volume lashes that I asked for they wanted to charge me $ 50! What?! Why would I pay for them to fix the mistake they made?! After that I never went back. Unfortunately I had $ 50 in credit there and I was unable to get a refund unless I had a «doctors note» What is this? I don’t have to have my whole face swollen and in a doctors office to get a refund for a shitty service? They also refused to cancel my membership and wanted me to continue paying monthly until the year was over. So I had to seriously cancel my credit card in order for the charges to stop. So basically I threw $ 50 down the trash and have half of my real eyelashes left! I’m currently going to The Lash Lounge right across the street and I am very pleased with the service/​prices/​and no memberships for reasonable pricing.

I’m not sure why anyone would give this place a bad review. I have been a member here for about 5 months and I have no complaints. My lashes last 3 – 4 weeks and the service is fast. My lashes don’t fall off and I constantly receive compliments. I have tried 3 different lash techs at this place and was pleased each time. I’ve been wearing lashes for 5 years so let’s just say I’m addicted and finding someone that can do them properly took time. Give this place a try and see for yourself.

Everyone is always super nice and accommodating. I’ve always loved how my eyelashes have looked afterwards. Make sure to ask who they recommend to book your appointment with — it matters! Definitely would come back to this location.

This place is horrible and they took my credit card information without my consent. Started charging monthly for their stupid membership! Their a ripoff, lashes fell right off in less than 2 weeks! Avoid going there, waste of time and money!

I’ve had my lashes done before… But never at an eye lash studio. Receptionist is very friendly and Deanna did an amazing job! Definitely coming back :)

This was my first time getting lash extensions. I have heard horror stories, so I’ll admit I went with a referral with a good review for who I chose to book my appointment with. From my research, Amazing Lash Studio is very affordable. My experience was seamless and I absolutely LOVED the result. Haven’t had to put on mascara since and didn’t notice any falling out for at least 3 weeks. I’ve been gentle with them, but don’t really notice them there sensation/​comfort wise. My boyfriend noticed and I’ve received numerous compliments from friends and strangers. Will most likely join the membership to get my monthly fill.

Best lashes I have ever had. And they keep me comfortable & the environment was so clean & nice!!! Definitely coming again!!!

Here’s the deal… my lashes looked FANTASTIC when Kaylee did them and if I could go back there to see just her that would be great. The salon when you walk in is really cute and clean but then prepare yourself for possibly the rudest, most unprofessional management experience of your life. Look I get it, retail isn’t the coolest job ever but naturally I had questions that I felt were reasonable. This woman child acted completely put out that she had to deal with me. So when I went in for my appointment I thought I’ll just see if the manager is here and let her know her front desk could use some manners. As soon as I was greeted I knew that was her, what was more terrifying is how snarky she got when I asked if the manager was available and her fake smile quickly faded as she retorted «um yeah I’m the manager.» Like I said the girl who did my lashes was sweet and they looked better than they had in a long time… but I don’t have the patience or want to support a business whose MANAGER so clearly does not appreciate my business. My advice would be to replace her and change the cheesy divas live music, then maybe they’d get better reviews.

New place in the area and had to check it out. It was okay. Not really worth the price. Receptionist was rather rude. I’ve been to places better… and will probably go elsewhere from now on.

AWFUL!!! I would rate zero stars if possible. The actual product isn’t bad. They’re basic lash extensions. The music being played throughout the studio is horrendous (bring your earphones and plug in your iPod). Beds aren’t that comfortable. Your back will hurt by the end. And the customer service and employees? Rude. Just rude. Don’t waste your time!!! There’s another lash location down the street that will be getting my business instead. If you have any special instructions between visits– they don’t keep a weekly record. My VERY sensitive skin requires special glue, but regular glue was used on my 2^nd visit. My eyes were itching burning for hours, even after replacing the lashes. The «monthly membership» is not monthly– it’s for an ENTIRE YEAR. However they don’t tell you that when you sign up, it’s in the «fine print». After attempting to cancel the membership and talk to someone in customer service, no one called me back or would accommodate. It’s BS.
