I am so happy with the service I just received! I needed my windshield replaced… I got that at a fantastic price, and he came to me. But beyond that, Prince was just a pleasure. Very friendly, good conversationalist, and worked quickly. I will absolutely use him again for any future auto glass needs.

Prince was great! He called prior to coming out and when he was on his way. New windshield looks great and I can’t complain about the price. Great customer service. Not that I want to have to replace my windshield again, but if I ever need to, I’d definitely call them.

When you have to shell out your hard-​earned money to fix an unforeseen mishap that most likely wasn’t your fault, it is nice to deal with a company that works quickly and with excellent customer service. When my windshield was cracked beyond repair I got quotes from different glass repair places including a national chain. Abstract Auto Glass was not only cheaper (over $ 100 cheaper compared to the big «safe» name) but they had the friendliest service. Nice, friendly, and accommodating to my schedule. Helped repair a window that had been busted after my car was broken into. Also got all the shattered glass out of my car. Prince repaired my window at a very reasonable price on a saturday after everyone else was closed. I highly reccomend him.

I needed the windshield of my Kia Soul replaced. When I called Safelite back in August they told me I had to wait a day or so for them to order the glass. I decided the chip wasn’t bad enough to worry about. Yesterday, we got the freeze with ice and snow and as I was driving I watched the glass crack in both directions. I did a Google search for places in my area that did windshield repair with mobile services and I saw Abstract Auto Glass and decided to use them. I have low deductible insurance so price wasn’t the issue for me. Terrick gave me an estimate anyhow which was much lower than other places. If I had to pay cash for the whole thing I would have chosen Terrick, too. GREAT PRICES! Not even 24 hours after I called he was out in my driveway replacing the windshield. He took into consideration that I had to leave today at 4pm and made sure he was here in plenty of time for me to be able to head to school. He was so nice on the phone and just as nice in person. I’m not even sure he was here for an hour.
I was also worried about my registration, inspection and school parking stickers. He told me he had great luck with the registration tags and could most likely preserve my school parking tag (a $ 135 value I didn’t want to replace) but that inspection stickers can be problematic. He was able to preserve all three stickers. I highly recommend if you are in need of any auto glass service you give Abstract a call! I contacted Mr. Prince via his website at 11:00 PM Wednesday night, inquiring about a replacement windshield. He replied at 2:15 AM Thursday (just 3 hours later!) with a fantastic quote and said that he had appointments for Friday (today) morning. He arrived within his scheduled window (no pun intended) and quickly went to work. After approximately 45 minutes, he was all finished. I highly recommend Abstract Auto Glass and Mr. Prince.

I had someone break into my car, Terrick came out quickly with everything he needed to get the job done. He had a very good price and was very professional. If I have any other incidents with my windows or glass, he will be the one I call again.

The rubber around my windshield started coming off while I was on my way home today. I called a couple of places to get quotes to get it fixed and was told that Safelite would only do it if they had previously replaced your windshield, and another place quoted me $ 120. Then I called Abstract Auto Glass. Terrick told me he could fix it in a few minutes for $ 20. Even though he was already done for the day, he told me to come by and he fixed it in five minutes! Great service! I will be sure to call Abstract Auto Glass first if I ever need anything done with my windshield.

I work in southwest Fort Worth and needed the front windshield of my Toyota Prius replaced. I called several places and Prince with Abstract Auto Glass offered me a very competitive rate. My window was broken and my cd player stolen. The easiest part of getting all this fixed was Abstract Auto Glass. I got three quotes from other glass companies and Abstract was cheaper than both by $ 60. They sent someone out the same day I called and were done with it in under two hours.
