Business Owner
Mandi has been twisting balloon animals since 1989 and face painting since 1995. This is absolutely a passion for her and she loves providing these services. Thanks to being a military wife, she has worked in New Mexico, Italy, Montana and Texas. Now that her husband is retired from the Air Force, she has settled in Fort Worth, Texas with her family and started her business here.
