History

Established in 2011.

Wayne PC Tech is located in Fort Wayne, IN. and was created in August, 2011 as a sole proprietorship. Cesar (Wayne PC Techs’ owner) was initially offering cell phone and computer services from his home but mainly on-​site (business/​home) visits. However, thanks to you, after referrals, market demand and feedback from our marketing research, Wayne PC Tech has opened an store to better accommodate all the customers.

Our main goal is to deliver fast mobile repairs, to provide low affordable prices, to use high quality parts and to provide the best customer services.

Business Owner

The owner, Cesar Ruiz, has over 10 years of experience in the technology field and IT support, networking, computer training and repair, and over 4 years on Mobile support (Cell phone repairs, cell phone unlocks, mobile friendly websites and mobile apps). Cesar has a Business degree, a Computer Networks Certification, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information System from Purdue University and a Masters in Information Technology from Purdue as well.
