Out of plain bagels, hash browns, and half the donuts at 11:30AM on Sunday. Very slow service.

Staff in the back were singing when we arrived. Great coffee and hot chocolate. Will come back again. Apple Timbits are tasty too.

My first visit was for lunch awhile back, and although their donuts looked appealing, the lunch menu is very limited. I ordered two chicken fajita wraps… and waited and waited… much too long considering I was the only customer. My next visit was today and knowing how slow the service is there, I called ahead and ordered. Again, two wraps, and the employee took my order and my name, and informed me of the total cost and the time it would be ready. I arrived at the correct time, told them I was there for my pick up order, and was greeted by blank stares from the two employees. I told them my name and that I had an order to pick up, at which point one employee went to the back and returned to inform me that they don’t take phone orders unless it’s a big enough order. Again, no customers except two who were on their laptops in the corner. So, it’s not as if they didn’t have time to prepare my order. Needless to say, I went elsewhere for my food. Being in customer service, I’m amazed at this. Their donut sales must carry them.

Coffee was absolutely delicious and so were the donuts and pastries. The restaurant was busy for a Sunday, but tables were available. Their sandwich combo with a potato hash brown was good. We liked all.

Coffees are all hot and fresh the coffee mocha was good. They have alot of sandwich selections that I didnt try. Personal friendly and polite. Would recommend this this as 4 star donut place.
