This insurance company is awful… they deny every claim, even though all premiums are paid on time, and we have had their coverage for 30 years.
The people that process the claims must just be stupid. They invent reasons to deny everything! We are not sick or ill people,
Every person we know that has this insurance suffers as we do, so its not an isolated inccident.
If you are considering changing to this company, do not do it!!!
If you are considering employment with a firm that offers this as their group plan, do not accept the job.
