The Forum Salon & Day Spa

I’ve been going to this salon on and off for years. My stylist, Erin, always does a great job. She is very personable, sweet and kind. But the receptionist is sub par and embarrassing to have as «the face» of the salon. She is not friendly, over the phone as well as in person, and does not bother to exert any additional effort to show genuine customer service. I have worked in the service industry for years, and truly appreciate the small things. I am probably being a bit harsh, but am I wrong to expect a cheerful «Good Morning» when I call, or for her to stand up and greet me with a smile as I walk through the door? It was very apparent that her cell phone and continuing to feel comfortable as she swiveled around her chair was far more important. Although I do get a great cut and blowout from my stylist, I will not be going back because I will, by default, have to interact with the poor excuse for a receptionist.

Was interested in getting permanent eyeliner and discovered Melody Pastura here. Melody has 9 years experience and loves her job. I’m very happy with my lower lid eyeliner and recommend the procedure to anyone who wants to look great, save money on makeup and time applying it.
The Form Salon is such a pleasant experience & beautifully decorated. The staff is gracious and customers sound happy with their results.

We are very dedicated to providing the best service and experience to all of our clients. Stylist are evaluated and must meet a certain level of performance.
