Welcome to Sweets So Geek — a journey through the world of chocolates, gourmet desserts, and custom cakes with a geeky tour guide! We offer gourmet desserts for eat-​in or carry out with a new menu every 2 – 3 weeks, gourmet geek-​themed chocolates, and custom cakes that are limited only by what you can imagine!

History

Established in 2013.

In 2000, Chad started working as a dishwasher at a 5 star restaurant and studied under the French pastry chef on site, working for free. Within 6 months he took over as the head pastry chef. Over the years, other jobs have come and gone, but desserts and chocolates have always remained close to his heart. In 2011, he combined his lifetime of geekiness with the pastry background and started a line of gourmet chocolates using various pop culture themes as inspiration. This expanded to custom cakes in 33 different flavors made to blow a customer’s mind, and now with the retail location, gourmet desserts that allow him to play and create.

A lifelong geek who learned to read from his father’s X-​Men comics, Chad, and his wife Heather, have created a business that gets nothing but raves on a regular basis. He’s following his dream while trying not to embarrass his kids, at least too much.
