Since 1981, the licensed professionals at Phoenix Associates, Inc have been helping the people in Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas who struggle with mental illness, behavioral issues and addiction. We accept all major insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare Part B and we are always accepting new patients.
