Established in 2014.

The planning of Nerds on Demand began in September of 2014. Our official launch in Fort Wayne, Indiana was in October of 2015. With many years of experience in the wireless business, Owner Austin Mills identified a need for an affordable solution for customers that had damaged their wireless devices. We have been thrilled by the response we have received from the Fort Wayne community and look forward to years of gaining new relationships and new business.

The Owner of Nerds is Austin Mills. Austin and his wife and three children (fourth on her way) reside in the Fort Wayne area. Austin spent ten years in the wireless industry and has seen it all when it comes to damaged phones and the different ways customers damage their phones. In his time working in the retail environment he witnessed many frustrated customers. They were frustrated because they had damaged their device and didn’t have protection and didn’t want to spend another $ 400 — $ 800 on a new one. This is when Austin began considering the opportunity to create a business that would be an affordable yet professional solution for local customers. That’s how Nerds on Demand was born. We now service Fort Wayne, Indiana and the surrounding areas. We love helping our customers and relieving the stress of not have a functioning device. We understand that staying connected with your family, friends and business is very important. We’re here to help!
