Place was dirty, soda machine(Dr Pepper) was out of order, no sense of urgency to fix it, play area was closed for maintenance but no one was in there working. To top it off, the minion didn’t laugh like it should and my 4 yr old granddaughter was very disappointed. Also, some employees were wandering around doing nothing. Not a good experience.

We like this McDonalds. Food isn’t always right, but they will correct the error without objecting. We wish they did not charge as much for senior drinks, but they do. Nice place.

It’s McDonalds. But I have always had food prepared correctly and it has been served hot. One of the better ones I have been to in Fort Wayne.

Horrible service. They can take orders, but they can’t fill them. At least not in a timely manner or correctly. What a circus! I have been to this McDonald’s twice and both times I couldn’t believe how disorganized the workers were.

Honestly, we stopped here for one item. A $ 1 Large Diet Coke. At the first window, where we went to pay the girl at the window said«One Large Coke, rIght?» And I said, «Diet Coke» she paused, and said«Yeah, second window». When I left the drive-thru and tasted it, it was regular Coke. So, I turned around and took the soda back into the restaurant. They told me that I could replace it at the fountain, and did not offer any apology. They were apathetic and unprofessional about it. I actually can’t have real sugar, and a full regular Coke would have made me nauseous. What if I were a diabetic? What if I had high blood pressure? Something so small could make someone ill. If you’re going to do something wrong, at least apologize and own up to it. I’ll avoid this McDonald’s in the future, and go to any of the other dozen nearby. Besides. I have a feeling that these same kids will be working here 20 years from now.
