Have been a pretty loyal Jos. A Bank customer over the years and came here after Christmas wanting to buy something. Waited and waited and waited for someone to help me. When the salesperson finally came over to help he literally spent 45 seconds with me and walked away. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on
