This has to be one of the poorer experiences in my hotel staying history, and I’ve had the opportunity to stay at hotels and suites all over the world. The staff is friendly, but for us it ended there. Short story: poorly maintained, abysmal food, disorganized When we arrived to our king studio suite(after driving all day from the east coast), we found large, brown, dirt-like splotches in various places on our comforter. The shower was also dirty and didn’t have a tub to bathe our toddler(which would’ve been nice to know). While my husband carried the dirty comforter to the front desk, I discovered there was also a large tile hanging off of the bottom of the closer next to the kitchen… a HUGE hazard for an almost 2 year old. At this point we were too exhausted to go back and complain and figured we would wait till the morning. As soon as we went to bed, guess what, the blackout curtains were also broken. So big bright lights from the sign flooding in all night. The next day we came to breakfast around 8. EVERYTHING and I mean everything we tried to eat was inedible. The eggs were like a block of sawdust. I couldn’t chew through the leathery lukewarm potato discs. The hard boiled eggs tasted like pure vinegar, and the hot water that I put into the oatmeal I brought from home for my child was COLD. The fruit was obviously old and/or not ripe. They also didn’t have any child seats with a working restraint at the time. My husband told the front desk about this in addition to the problems with the room. They offered to either fix the tiles and curtain, or let us change rooms. Then I went up and complained as well and asked if they planned to fix the food problems, since we basically ate all of our own food for breakfast. They offered one day of vouchers for the breakfast next door and said the bad food was a fluke. I suggested vouchers for our whole stay but they«couldn’t». We accepted the day of vouchers and a room change. The new room was better but had streaks of rust running down the shower walls. The breakfast next door was better, but breakfast continued to be basically inedible for the duration of our stay. OH, and we discovered that THECOMFORTERINTHENEWROOMWASALSOFULLOFGROSSDIRTSTAINS/CRUSTIES!!! At this point we were just all complained out. Especially since no one offered anything substantial or even seemed shocked by the disarray. Fast forward to the end, they charged us for a portion of our stay that our parents came by and paid for as a Christmas gift to us. So we are now waiting 3 – 5 days for that charge to be reversed. It was just one thing after another. The only reason we didn’t change hotels after the first night is because we had family(who’d recommended the place to us) joining us there after a couple of days, and they couldn’t change with us. But now there are two families that won’t be returning.

The worst hotel ever. Phone did not work, AC did not work, lights in common area did not work. The room was dirty. When i finally called the office at 3 in the morning because i could not take the heat any longer to let the front desk know that WEWEREMISERABLEANDTHATWEWOULDNOTBEPAYINGFORTHEROOM, ALECINFORMEDMETHATITWASMYFAULTBECAUSE I SHOULDHAVESAIDSOMETHINGSOONERVERYRUDELY. We checked in late at night and just wanted a little rest at what we thought was a fine hotel.

Nice, clean and friendly Homewood Suites. Easy access from highway with a few restaurant options near by. Friendly service at front desk for my late arrival(Josh) and made sure I had everything I needed before heading to my room. Everything is very clean and new. Only thing I would change is for the hotel to have all white linens on the beds like most Hilton properties do(for peace of mind about cleanliness) even though the midnight blue satin looking comforter is pretty. Carpet is clean, bathroom clean — everything is good in my books being someone who spends a few nights a week on the road. I am staying during the winter and the room was comfortable when i walked in. Some hotels are freezing and feel drafty or like a sauna when you walk in… this was just right. Another minor thing during winter time: I wish the parking lot was cleared a little bit more. Pretty slushy and messy out there with all the snow they got 2 days ago…

This hotel is outstanding! They take care of their guests very well by feeding them hot breakfasts and dinners. These are quality too; such as, bacon and eggs and fish feud on Thursdays. The rooms are all new. And big enough for a family of four to relax in. They have a gym and a coin laundry too. I’ll be back soon!

I’ve been here for five hours and I’m so impressed already I had to get on Unilocal and write about it! The suite is AMAZING!!! Two double beds, large bathroom, AND a full mini kitchen, table, and pull out couch! All for $ 99! I hear the breakfast is awesome too! The staff have all been beyond friendly and helpful. I WILL be back!

I love this Homewood Suites since the price are affordable compare to others Homewood Suites and You still got all Home Suites Amenities. They served fantastic Breakfast and also okay dinner. If I have one downside it’s they dont have pool at the facility, you have to walk to adjacent Garden Inn to enjoy one. Overall I am a happy camper though,

I have stayed at this Homewood several times. Every time I return I am «welcomed home». The rooms are clean and spacious. The morning breakfast and evening dinner reception are great. The hotels GM, Lindsay, is hands down the best GM of any hotel I have ever stayed at.
