This dealership does not fulfill their promises after the sale They will tell you anything to get the car sold Then not follow up
I bought my elderly parents a new Lexus convertible and had its first service (still only 2000 miles) they screwed up the electronics and now the car won’t start every time they go out after a week sitting inside the garage Called the dealership again They won’t come take care of it instead they expect my 80 year father with a heart condition and pacemaker defib to jump it which he is not suppose to be around the engine
Don’t buy a Lexus nor buy a product from a rohrman dealership

The men in my family are somewhat Lexus-​crazed. My brother-​in-​law Bryan has two of them right now; one of which is being stored for the winter in his garage under a warm blanket (my sister calls this Lexus «the mistress») and one of which my sister is currently driving.
He’s ready to buy a third Lexus, an SUV for my sister, so he can give my niece the second Lexus and give the Saturn she’s driving now to my nephew. (Confused yet?)
It’s no surprise that when my brother Alex was ready to buy himself a Lexus, he called Bryan for some advice. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to connect before my brother made the big purchase, but regardless, he ended up with an incredible car: a gorgeous black 2004 Lexus ES 330 with pearl gray interior and a multitude of bells and whistles. On Thanksgiving, Alex and Bryan went on a joyride and then huddled over the family computer building their dream car on the Lexus website. Men! They’re so cute.
Anyhow, I wanted to buy a Lexus keychain for my brother to commemorate his purchase and stopped by the Fort Wayne dealership to pick one out. However, they don’t carry keychains — the gentleman I spoke to there, Colby, told me they don’t sell a lot of branded merchandise.
I explained my predicament to him: I was only in town for the week and didn’t want to order it from a catalog. I wanted to give it to my brother while I was there visiting. Colby went into the sales office and brought back a beautiful silver Lexus keychain that is normally reserved for people who buy a new Lexus off the lot. He gave it to me at NO CHARGE, even apologizing because it was engraved with Lexus of Fort Wayne on the back! That is the kind of service that makes me want a Lexus for myself. Oh, and my brother absolutely LOVED the keychain. =)
The only reason I can’t give five stars is because when I went back a few days later to buy a gift certificate for my brother-​in-​law, it took 45 minutes because they aren’t accustomed to handling that type of a transaction. I understood the confusion, but mama don’t like to wait.
