I’ve always had good to excellent coffee and donuts here. Bought a few ice cream cakes over the years, which were excellent. The vanilla creams have been consistently superior to the shops on Illinois and Coldwater. Service has always been friendly. Since it was built. Holding back a star like I would for most donut shops — the tables often need cleaning in the busier shops(though recently seemed better here).

Awful! I have tried coming here more then once because its close and convenient and every time is a fail. I won’t be coming back. 1st time I wanted a frozen coffee but was told the machine was down so I got a regular. my coffee was so bitter no amount of cream or auger could help it and my breakfast sandwich tasted of card board. Second time I went through the drive through to get a frozen coffee and was told again it was down. I drove off. Then this morning I tried again. Finally got my frozen coffee which was pretty good but had a hard time ordering. Told the guy I wanted the combo and he forgot to give me hash browns they came out later and where soggy. I had got a new sandwich which still tasted of card board.

Not as great as the one in the Downtown Library or on Coldwater… sometimes seems like they don’t clean up as often as they should and there are not enough tables. This also doubles as a Baskin Robbins.

I like both the Dunkin Donuts on Jefferson AND the little shop at the public library. A great place to get munchkins for school and work. Workers always accommodating and friendly— I’ve asked them to write on cakes several times and they are always nice to do it.
