TERRIBLE, USELESS SERVICE & UTTERLY UNHELPFUL ADVICE
I called the office at PIne Valley thins morning to get some help with cleaning a wireless keyboard with sticky keys. The guy I spoke to didn’t even listen to me just dismissed me and said they don’t clean keyboards, I need to replace It. «U-​S-​E-​L-​E-​S-​S service»! I went on Youtube and found a video with DIY instructions that showed me how to clean the keys
.
If you need to clean your keyboard… don’t bother calling these people.
Plus if they can’t even clean a keyboard, would you trust them with any tech stuff?

Horrible Experience.
Brought in an iPhone 5 in with a software issue. After three hours I returned to find that they couldn’t do anything for my iPhone and it was essentially bricked. After explaining that my phone was as good as a paperweight they tried to sell me a used iPhone for $ 350. I was extremely disappointed.
I decided to get a second opinion at another computer store within the strip. They were able to completely fix the phone in 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me.
A Plus Computers wanted to charge me $ 350 to replace a phone that had a minor non-​hardware issue.
That’s a scam. Never returning.
