Catering equipment, chocolate fountains, A/V, moonwalk/bounce rooms, games, backdrops, props, furniture, lighting, fog machines, and much more. Over 150,000 items in all.
We’re expert at helping plan weddings, corporate events, shows, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, birthdays, graduations, fairs and festivals. We work closely with the top photographers, DJs/entertainers, designers, corporate marketing teams, and event coordinators in the area. And we deliver — offering decades of experience setting-up rentals: convention centers, country clubs, public parks, private estates, school grounds, fairs, and even parking lots.
History
Established in 1973.
It all started as a small tool & party rental business called, «Taylor Rental Center Party Plus.»
After 20 years working together with our fantastic, loyal customers, we had grown to three locations, a large staff, and a huge inventory of everything from power tools to tents.
With a growing number of services, and a need for more storage space, it made sense to separate the powertool and equipment-driven Taylor Rental from the event planning and party rental business.
In 2003, we bought a 107,000 sq. ft. building on the corner at 200 East Superior Street in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana, and A Party Apart was born.
Today, we’re proud to say that we’re more involved than ever with the community and local businesses. Wit a dedication to customer service and keeping up with the latest trends, our staff plays a central part in putting on the area’s biggest events, from creating a bride’s dream wedding, to running events for local charities, and participating in city events like German Fest.
