Terrible! I’d give them zero out of 5 stars if possible. when I called to make an appt for grooming for my recently adopted dog, I informed the lady that my dog was skittish and nervous around new people. she brushed me off and said he’d be fine. then when I dropped him off, the receptionist did not hv any notes by his appt to let the staff know about his behavior so I had to inform her as well. she was more worried about getting him checked in and finding out what cut I wanted. the receptionist went and got another employee to get my dog & she didn’t pay attention to what I wanted to tell her about him either. I offered to stay until he warmed up to them but I was rudely told to «just leave». I didn’t even make it to Jefferson before they were calling me to come back & get him. I wasn’t too surprised or upset since he has been thru a lot already in his 2 years (abused and abandoned) and needs lots of TLC. when I went in to get him, another lady had him on his leash. he was calmly sitting there. the woman asked if I’d gotten him from a shelter (something I’d already told 3 other employees) and when I said yes, she replied with «well u might not want to hang onto THAT»! I get that he isn’t perfect but working in the animal industry I’d expect a lot more compassion and patience. unless your animal is perfect, I’d suggest taking your pet elsewhere!

Fantastic place for cat boarding and probably everything else they do. For the kitties, they have a koi pond that they can look out through a window to (pond is inside), the other side of the wall are large windows for looking outside at birds. Really nice people, very reasonable charges and they do free nail trims! Wish we never had to board the kitten but at least when we do we know she is in good loving hands.
