They Never picked us up from our wedding reception and when we called they told us that they never had it on the schedule. We paid for transportation to and from our wedding reception. We called a day after our wedding and were told that someone would Call us back. No one ever called and we have yet to receive a refund. Our wedding was 07÷26÷14. Be careful with this company. They are NOT reliable.

Last year I used A-​1 Limousine for airport transportation services for when my company stayed near Ft. Wayne. I had upwards of 100 co-​workers flying into/​out of Chicago and Indianapolis and never once had an issue with a driver not showing up for his/​her assignment. All rides went off without a hitch and all drivers had top notch attitudes.

Wish I could give them a rating of negative stars, as they failed to honor the reservation I made for pick up at the airport. They said they would be inside the building just outside security with a sign with my name, but after 40 minutes of waiting they were nowhere to be found, so I just took Yellow Cab.
Need a reliable ride from the airport, forget about these guys and go to the Yellow Cab counter by the car rental companies.

This is the best taxi /​sedan service in town. They are always very prompt and polite. Their dispatchers are always available and will get you a cab anywhere in town within 20 minutes if not less. They are based out of the airport and always have someone atthe counter inside that will escort me out to a cab. The price is the same as all the other cabs in town so nothing to complain about there! All in all. A+
