This review is based on one Realtor Shannon Wright. I truly thought she had my best interest at heart but that was never the case, I dont complain about much at all but this mess right her!!! I am a first time home buyer and clearly I dont really know too much on what to look for in buying a home. Thats where I THOUGHT she would come in to help but I got no help from her at all. I like what i like I cant help that and a lot of the homes that i like happen to be short sale. Instead of her helping me to get into a home that i loved she was pushing me to these standard sales that made no sense to me. Even my mother thought it was odd when she mentioned a Standard Sale Every 2 seconds. I found a home that i LOVED and wanted to make an offer. It was an REO and of course she wasn’t giving me much information on it so I took matters into my own hands and won the bid myself. Instead of her congratulating me she pretty much scolded me on how long the process will take and well that was fine by me. ITs my money and Im getting what i want. Well I guess she has no experience with REO’s or Short Sales because she went MIA the entire deal! Yes I did all the work myself with the help of my lender the third party Vendor and even the selling agent who was super nice and helpful. The Third party vendor would call me and ask where my agent is. SMH Yea I pretty much had no agent. How did she get her license seriously??? She was rude and impatient with me … uhhh hello miss Im a first timer… I have questions that I am going to ask. She was a waste of time. I even reached out to her Broker Koy Banks to have the issue resolved and he did nothing as well pufff. All I can say is if I didnt take matters into my own hands I would still be stuck listening to her talk about a standard sale. Really someone should look into this, The Board, somebody because she has absolutly NO clue as to what she is doing. I will say as a person she seems ok but a Realtor… biggest Joke EVER!!! This is like –5 stars
