I wish there was a negative 1 that I could give this company. They are awful. They don’t answer the phone, they provide no assistance in resolving a problem and they are unprofessional. They don’t keep commitments to communicate or respond to emails or letters. They need to be ashamed to call themselves a business and certainly should NOT be responsible for peoples money! Just Awful!

This management company is terrible. They collect the HOA fees but offer no help when you have a problem. I made a mistake and overpaid them over $ 1000, and they will not refund my money! However, if you are late with the fee, they are Johnny on the spot to sue you. If I do not get my money, I will reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They are a bunch of crooks! I wish there was a rating of 0 stars because they don’t deserve one star.

This is the worse management company I have ever dealt with. You can never reach the property manager and no one in the office can answer your questions — if they answer the phone at all. I called the office at 1:02 and was instructed to call the property manager after 2:00 pm. Every time I’ve ever visited or call the office I’ve been told that the property manager was not in the office. The company can’t perform the simplest of task.

Every time I’ve EVER had to call this management company, I’ve been instructed to «call back about noon for [insert name here] to help». Not once have I been helped on my initial call. Then when I do call back that person isn’t even in the office. Very frustrating!
