At the Children’s Dental Carousel we want all children to go arou nd the world with a smile. We provide comprehensive pediatric dentistry to infants, children, teenagers, and children with special needs. The moment you walk into our office, you’ll notice we are different. From our huge forest treehouse mural to our decorative birdcage. The Children’s Dental Carousel is a family oriented office with over fifteen years of experience. Come in for your child’s next visit and relax in our family friendly reception area that features fun playscapes while Dr. Allen-​Williams works on their smiles.

Meet the Business Owner

Cynthia A.

Business Owner

Dr. Cynthia Allen-​Williams is a graduate of the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University School of Dentistry. She went on to complete her residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Howard University College of Dentistry. Dr. Allen-​Williams is a member of The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Society of Dentistry for Children, American Dental Association, and at the National Dental Association. When she is not at The Carousel caring for her patients, or in the classroom improving how to better care for them, she enjoys spending time with her husband Kirk Williams, an attorney in the D.C. metropolitan area, and their three children Sarah Ann, Kirk, II, and Olivia Grace.
