Atlas Property Management LLC

The services that Atlas Property Management offers are great. From periodic maintenance to cash flow analysis and book keeping, they do it all. I think it’s awesome that they immediately evaluate your profile and include suggestions for improvement. Their staff is very well put together and helpful with anything you would need. Luckily for me, they are located right in my area of Philadelphia, Pa. However, I understand that they can help other customers who are farther away, which I believe is great because not all companies do that. Lastly, I really like their website. It is easy to navigate and is extremely informative. I highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. Stay away if you don’t want to get ripped off as a landlord. They do tricky billing and make up expenses. They have no regard for the properties they manage. Would not recommend

As a business owner, the first thing I look for when doing business with a company is customer service (communication). Atlas has proven themselves by knowing our market and providing great services. Atlas has impressed me, personally, in the following areas (repairs, rent collections). If you manage property you know how hard these areas can be. Atlas have met my needs when it comes to these two important areas. To be honest, there was a time that we had a problem with Atlas BUT with their good communication it was solved in a matter of hours. I’d recommend any owner who is looking for a simple and easy management process.

As an owner of multiple properties, I started feeling like my life was compromised between managing my residents and property and wanting to spend time with my family. I was about to sell my properties and give up on the business in general until my son sent me the link for Atlas Property Management. It felt like the sun peeked out from behind a perpetual grey sky. The agents that I had asked multiple questions to kindly answered all of them and didn’t make me feel rushed. I decided to go ahead and trust Atlas with my properties, and I haven’t looked back since! It’s been a year and my life has returned to me. They handle everything for me, and always make sure that I am respected and that my needs are met. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

I used Atlas Property Management LLC for two years to manage my rental property and then used them for the sale of my condo.
Atlas Property Management LLC always provided top notch service. Customer service is a must for me. I always found them to be responsive every time I contacted them. They were respectful of both my time and the tenants time.
They are courteous, and great to work with. They make property management simple and easy. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They totally scammed me and their agents have no idea what they are doing.

Good luck ever getting a hold of anyone. Also, when that finally does happen. They tell you they will call you back and never do. Having atlas as our property mgmt co has made renting this apartment absolutely unbearable. There is one employee there by the name of Josh that is good. But the rest of the company is ridiculous and does not care about you at all… It’s crazy to me that this is their career and they still cannot preform simple duties such as calling a tenant back.

They manage two of my buildings in the Philly area and I’ve never had a complaint from any of my tenants. I’ve worked with a number of companies in the past and have had multiple issues with maintenance, collections, billing — you name it. Those issues have been resolved since Atlas took over.

I wouldn’t use them. Very nice people, but not in a hurry to fix things in your apartment, or they do a fix that isn’t sustainable, or they send you condescending emails that you have to use their «portal» or repair line correctly – even when you do and get no response or pick up. And on the «portal» all the payments are off so you better keep your own records. Bottom line is they remind you you are one of many and can’t be their priority when you have an issue. I am sure they tell their property owners it’s all the tenants’ fault because they sure pass the buck and tell the tenants it’s all the property owners’ fault. That’s not right.

This is the second year I am signing a lease with them. Our first impression was great, Ian brought my boyfriend and I coffee in the morning. He went through the whole lease with us before we signed. He said about 2 months before the lease is up, he will contact us to see whether or not we want to stay. Well, we were not contacted at all. In fact, we had to harass them for two months AFTER our lease ended. (Because we felt like we were stuck in a limbo state, with no current lease and no response.) Every time we called, either the phone kept on ringing or we were told no one was available. Through out the whole year, we had numerous problems with the property that hardly ever never got fixed. When they sent someone out to «fix» something, it lasted for about a week. We have constant leaks, and honestly, I have concerns that this property is not up with proper housing codes. After finally getting a hold of them for our second lease, we agreed that we weren’t signing anything until everything is properly fixed. So, a «repair man» came out and fixed everything. We signed the lease. We currently have the same faucet leaking… again.
In addition, in the tenant portal online, they constantly have the wrong priced rent posted. We told them about this and they said its «automatically generated and not to worry about it.» Also, we actually winded up paying for most of the repairs just because we didn’t want the headache of dealing with them.
The only reason why we decided to stay for another year, was because the property is the perfect size for the two of us and the rent is very reasonable. So, we pay the rent online and call Ian when we absolutely have to. Other than that, we try not to bother with them.

I’ve been searching for a property manager to over see a property I own in Philadelphia, so I entered my information into a property management aggregator website. Ian from Atlas contacted me very quickly via email, and we scheduled a time to chat. On the phone, he was very knowledgeable of the process and of owners’ needs, so I asked for references and agreed to schedule an in-​person meeting. The references were all very positive, which was encouraging, but on the day Ian and I were supposed to meet, he never showed. He never called, never emailed, NOTHING! I called his office and got the secretary, and she said he simply forgot. A weeks later, he called from an international phone number and said he had an emergency with a friend. Who knows if any of it is true, but if he has a secretary and it was an emergency, she certainly could have called and rescheduled. I’m glad I found out they were unreliable before I signed with them.
