The Fort Walton Beach Chamber is at the center of business and social life in our area. We work to promote local businesses, tell people about our spectacular area and its possibilities for vacationers and relocaters, and sponsor a variety of festivals throughout the year, including the world-famous Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival on the first weekend in June.
History
Established in 1946.
A group of local business people formed the first area chamber in 1946 as the Playground Chamber of Commerce. As Fort Walton Beach and its neighboring communities have grown and evolved, the Chamber has led the way in promoting our community and our businesses.
