Avoid this service at all costs. We called for a 5pm pick up to make a 7:50 pm flight. Pick up was from Okaloosa Island to Pensacola. Driver was not there. After several calls finally got a hold of someone. They said they were only 4 miles away. Should pick us up in 10 minutes. That would have been fine. We built in time for delays. But 35 minutes more went by and I made another call. They were stuck in traffic now. I would think if you lived in the area you would know that the 98 is loaded with tourists leaving or coming to Destin. We missed our flight and now have to fly the next day. 11 hours of Travel. Enough said.
