History

Established in 2005.

HealthSource Chiropractic Fort Walton Beach-​South is a community centered and locally owned clinic. Our entire purpose is to increase the collective health of our community on a daily basis though individual, family and group interactions. Utilizing chiropractic and conservative measures, our mission is to restore health through the relentless pursuit of exceptional care. As healthcare providers, we have a moral obligation to guide the lives in our community toward a greater expression of health and vitality. We continue this mission and purpose at our new location in Mary Esther off of Hollywood Boulevard.

Meet the Business Owner

Shawn and Sarah L.

Business Owner

Drs. Shawn and Sarah Leatherman both graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas CIty, Missouri in 2003. After moving to Florida that same year and passing their national and state board examinations, they began practicing in a large chiropractic facility in Pensacola. In 2005 they started a family, moved to Fort Walton Beach and established a new clinic. After 7 years of practice, they moved, expanded, and upgraded their clinic to Mary Esther while continuing to reside with in Fort Walton Beach so they could greater serve these 2 communities. With expansion, they welcomed the skills of Dr. Len Fabian, a Life University graduate, into the practice. All three doctors have a passion for lifetime learning and giving back to the local community.
