After realizing that Acura Honolulu wouldn’t get to my car the same day as my appointment, I left with a couple other dissatisfied customers. I went to this Firestone location without an appointment and Flo and the team was able to look at my vehicle in about an hour. They found what was wrong and was able to fix my suspension issue at NO COST! Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back for all my maintenance needs. Awesome customer service!

Went to have a vehicle maintenance check completed on a recently purchased vehicle. Told to return after three pm and it would be completed. Arrived after four pm and they stopped the check because they could not access the brakes. When asked about the other things that they could of checked like the oil level, tire pressure, windshield wipers, etc. deer in the headlights look as if I was suggesting something difficult to comprehend. Very dissatisfied. Lacks customer service and quality control checks.

I went there for a brake replacement. They changed my brakes; then, a week later, they started to squeak really bad. I took it back to them, they said it was because I chose the cheap brake package and they could fix it if I upgraded to a more expensive package. I told them to go f*ck themselves.
Here’s the crazy thing. I went to another place and they told me that my brake caliper was bent like someone hit it with a hammer bent. Shady. Very, very shady.
Don’t go here.

Such Liars! Went there for an oil change. My water for the windshield wipers was empty when I brought it there. Picked up my car and it was still empty. Checked my paperwork, it was marked that it was refilled. When I told the service adviser of that, he said OH THERE MUST BE A LEAK. So he refilled it right then and there. Drove away. 5,000 miles later water still working and no leaks. LIARS! Will never go back there again, and all for something stupid. Wonder if they really did change my oil!!!

I went online to secure an appointment to get an oil change, replace my left front tire for my 2004 Toyota Corolla, and get a safety check. When I checked in, I learned that they didn’t give safety checks, or have my tire size in stock! WTF! Even though I had confirmation in writing, I was told that I should have called instead of going online! Then it took nearly 2 hours for them to complete an oil change and to clean my battery terminals. I was their second customer that morning! I probably will never patronize this venue ever again.

Go elsewhere — they are shady!
I had a fan belt replaced and they said the #1 cylinder was misfiring. They quoted almost $ 700 to fix it. I opted not to have it fixed. For the next week, by engine ran horrible! I looked under the hood and they had cut my spark plug wire to cylinder #1 — clean cut. I replaced it for $ 15 and everything runs fine. I still can’t believe people would do that.

I swung by here during an errand just to see what their prices and customer service were like. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about what services I needed, and effectively communicated with me on realistic time frames to expect when my work (installing tires) would be finished, which I appreciated. They also answered any questions I had regarding realignment, when I would need new tires, etc. I have been here twice now and have been impressed by the employees’ quality customer service each time. Though the store is about 45 minutes from where I live, I will come back here the next time I need new tires. I had a TERRIBLE experience at the Schofield Barracks Firestone; rude and unhelpful employees at that branch. Even though the Schofield store is 5 minutes from where I live, I will go out of my way to drive to the Fort Shafter Firestone because of Fort Shafter’s great customer service!

i just hate it when i get my oil changed and the technician forgets to replace the reminder sticker on the dash board.
