John Jacobs Construction Inc

John Jacobs was punctual and did what he said he was going to do in contract. He is not the most price effective person, he is mid to high price range for the type of job done. He was very efficient and had the crew there when scheduled for city inspections and approval. They added an enclosed patio into a sun room. He managed the job from beginning to end very well with an excellent project manager. His project manager Susie was very helpful and she was very good at communicating to me the project plans. She managed the project very well, got permits, and was very good about updating on the process they were going through. There were some set backs and they were able to work through them and keep me informed all the way. I would use them again in the future, provided that I have the cash.
Only one issue to report; my electrician kept damaging my ceiling (twice he fell thru) however John Jacob was ready to clean up and repair the mess with my schedule.
Great team work and I can say yes to give a recommendation for his work.
