The Animal Emergency and Referral Center has a diverse team of veterinary specialists and emergency and critical care pet doctors dedicated to providing exceptional patient care using state-​of-​the-​art equipment and cutting edge technology (including state-​of-​the-​art animal hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy). Our emergency veterinarians and specialists limit their practice to their areas of specialty and are considered to not only be experts in their particular medical modalities nationally and internationally. In many ways you can think of us as two distinct yet related veterinary hospitals sharing the same state-​of-​the-​art facility.

History

Established in 1984.

Located on the beautiful southeastern coast of Florida, the Animal Emergency and Referral Center provides emergency and critical care on a 24-​hour basis as well as referral specialist services. Our nationally and internationally recognized doctors provide care in a wide range of veterinary specialties such as neurology, neurosurgery, internal medicine, radiology, diagnostic imaging, radioiodine therapy, pet hyperbaric oxygen therapy, dermatology, cardiology, emergency medicine and critical care as well as orthopedic, soft tissue and laser surgeries.
