From the reviews I was hoping for a good place to eat but I was very disappointed. I had out of town guest and we went to Mike’s. The server said the burgers were the specialty so I guess we should have stuck with that. The pizza was terrible. It was more like a frozen pizza from the grocery store, in fact some frozen pizzas are better. I was very disappointed and will not be back. The service was fair, the guy was nice enough but very slow. I really debated on giving it a one star.

Overpriced greasy thin pizza. Not sure how you screw up water, but it was gross. Probably dirty sink water. Not impressed one bit. Will not be going back.

Best pizza in town. Good old school pizzeria vibe. They even have a pinball game. Thursday’s they do trivia.

I bought a coupon online at Groupon for Mike’s Pizza and Burger. We had never been here before, nor even heard of this place until I seen it on Groupon. We live out about 20 minutes from Mike’s but thought what the heck we’ll give it a try, and OMG!!! I’m really glad that we bought this coupon and went because now this is for sure 1 of our favorite places! We went this past weekend, Friday night; 11/06/2015, and when we entered it was packed but we were seated immediately. Our waitress, Jessica, was Awesome! We couldn’t decide from a pizza or a burger so we ended up getting both. We split the burger into 2, and then had pizza also. Both the burger and pizza were Amazing! We did order fries, and get ready it’s A LOT of fries! And oh, oh SO Great Tasting! Best fries I’ve Ever tasted! Our waitress made sure our drinks stayed full the whole time and kept a check on us; that’s for sure a plus!!! Our daughter had their Mac n’ Cheese Bites, they were also Great! We absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to go back! And we will be telling everyone how great the service and food was here! :)

Burger was good but I didn’t like paying an extra 1.99 for tater tots or fries. On top of that, my tots were covered in black pepper. Who charges extra for fries? Three other people in my party who ordered burgers didn’t see the additional charge for fries either. I guess we didn’t look for it because most restaurants fries comes with a sandwich.

It gets a four from me. It is a semi precious gem in the FFF. Oglethorpe desert of food places. This are a of town is normally a disaster of average food, chain restaurants, and and never trained waite staff. Mike’s is an exception. Once inside the place, I felt like I was somewhere in downtown Chattanooga. The food is reasonable, but not a deal. The burgers were good and the pizza look fine. Give it a try. Its a solid four. UPDATE: If you want to keep up your business, don’t leave it in the hands of twenty year old kids. Went in the other day the staff outnumbered the customers, and after being ignored and having wait staff walk by me over and over, we left after fifteen minutes. On the way out, someone saw us leaving an said, can I get you guys a menu. We will not be back.

Went in once, probably wont be going back. Everything was meh. The food definitely wasn’t bad, but very greasy. Anywhere I go the first thing I get is a burger, and for a place with burgers in it’s name, the burger was very run of the mill. The wait staff was uneducated about the menu when asked questions and even served our table the wrong meals to the wrong seats. This place seems like it’s caught in between wanting to be a diner and a sports bar and is doing neither correct. I think Mike’s has an opportunity to be an awesome place, but it needs to focus and execute.

We visited Mike’s for the first time recently on a Friday night and left very impressed with the food. The service, however, was slightly less impressive. Mike’s has a nice atmosphere that outshines its strip mall location. It’s very casual but a little more contemporary than most places in the Fort O area. We had a party of 8 and got seated quickly despite the fact that the place was hopping. The menu consists primarily of an assortment of pizza and burger options with a smaller variety of salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and other entrees. Our party’s order included a tuscan garden pizza, greek salad, chicken fingers, sausage calzone, italian egg rolls appetizer, and hot dog. Everything was really delicious. The pizza is the best I’ve found in the Ringgold/Fort O area. The crust was golden brown on the outside but soft on the inside. The toppings were generously apportioned and flavorful. The chicken fingers were about as good as I’ve ever had, anywhere — choice chicken breast meat obviously hand-prepared from scratch and perfectly tender and moist. The fries were great as were the italian egg rolls — a hearty appetizer stuffed with pepperoni and savory marinara. For those with kids, it’s worth noting that Mike’s doesn’t offer kids meals. You can, however, buy pizza by the slice for smaller appetites. Though we were absolutely thrilled with the food, the service was not quite as impressive. It was very busy, but the wait time after placing our order was really long. To make matters worse, when our food finally came out, it was delivered in waves — they brought 2 entrees out but then took another 5 minutes or so to bring out a few more entrees. Then we waited another 5 or 6 minutes for a few more entrees to come out. It probably took 15 minutes for everyone to get their entrée, and by that time we’d been waiting a painfully long time. Our server was nice but there were some long gaps where we wanted refills but had to wait. I am hoping that they were either exceptionally busy, short staffed, or still working out their staffing needs. In any case, the service wasn’t nearly problem enough to turn us off on Mike’s. We have a new favorite pizza place and are thrilled about it. We’ll try the burgers next time and might just have a new favorite burger place too. Big thumbs up on Mike’s!

Woohoo! As good as it gets! At least in the Chattanooga area as far as I’m concerned. I’ve been so disappointed in the pizza around here. I’ve now found a pizza place around here that has true NY style pizza. We ordered a cheese pie and the BBQ pie and both were terrific. The service was great and very friendly. A real winner!

Best burger around! Homemade fries. I can’t eat a burger anywhere else now bc I just compare it to Mikes! Now I have discovered the fried chicken sandwich. Wow. Drooling. Gotta go to Mikes.(Look for the groupon or living social deals).

Our first time here and it was a good experience. We actually came to try the pizza but decided to have the big mike burger instead it was really good just over cooked for a med. rare! I seem to have that problem everywhere… nobody seems to know how to cook a burger as ordered! Besides that my husbands philly cheesesteak was also very good and fries especially good. They have about 6 or so beers on draft. Also serve pizza by the slice which is uncommon here in the south! I will try the pizza next time.

Wow this place is really great! Atmosphere is casual, good hang out type of place. They have draft beer! I had a traditional cheese burger. Fantastic! Juicy, slightly seasoned, not overcooked, great grilled flavor. Perfect size! The bun was fresh and had a wonderful almost doughy taste! The fries are the best in the area, hands down! My daughter had pepperoni pizza slices and they were generous size and very good. I would definitely go with the burger! Hope this place sticks around a while.
