VanDyk Mortgage Corporation is a Mortgage Banker headquartered in its own 15,000 square foot facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan and a Operations location in Tampa Bay, Florida. The company was organized in July 1987 by its Founder/​CEO Thomas L. VanDyk.

We are a direct lender approved as a seller/​servicer by the Federal National Mortgage Association (FannieMae), Government National Mortgage Association (GinnieMae), FHA Direct Endorsement (DE) Lender, and a VA authorized underwriter.

We service many of our loans and currently have over a $ 400 Million loan portfolio. Our Wholesale Division has a full underwriting, secondary, shipping & delivery departments. Our technology is the latest available in the business that allows for easy 3.2 uploads of your files, online locks, pricing & fast approvals.

Manager

Tim Hart started in the mortgage business in 2001 and has been through the boom and bust real estate markets of SW Florida and is still standing today. Of course, he is standing with less hair on his head along with a few extra 20 or so pounds but he is ready to close your loan and work for you!

Tim made the switch from his Mortgage Broker Business, Hart Mortgage Services, in 2008 to become the Branch Manager of VanDyk Mortgage in Fort Myers. This allowed him to be a Direct Lender and have his own Underwriting and Closing Departments to better serve his clients. Teaming up with VanDyk Mortgage was the best decision Tim has made in his entire life besides marrying his wife.

He has served in many positions of leadership in Lee County and won many industry awards including 2013 Five Star Professional, 2002 & 2003 Mortgage Broker at GCMG. Other awards include; BNI Edison Professionals: 2012 President, 2011 Vice President & 2013 Mentor Coordinator, Current School Board Member of St Michae
