Val Ward Cadillac

Went in to check out a few used CTS and met with Lisa (lead sales rep I believe), her attitude was very condescending almost as if she was talking down to you. She then continued to question my price range, ($ 22,000, you can find a plethora of CTS for this price or less) and kept asking me how I was going to afford it. Besides that bitches attitude, none of the cars show prices. Will not return for any reason

I just leased an ATS from Val Ward and I must say my sales person Marty, was awesome and a great sales person, He worked with me and was very hard working, fair and honest and he did everything and above to see to it that I rode away in the car that i wanted, and that I was completely satisfied, and I am. Marty went the extra mile and I appreciate everything he did for me, he is my go to sales person forever !!! Thank You Marty

Ok today was strike two. I will never take my car back to this location and I am a big fan of taking my car to the dealership for maintenance record history. Strike 1: several months ago I took my car to the dealership to have them take a look at my tires. All 4 uneven wear, below the wear indicators but well below the mileage. The service manager and a technician proceeded to tell me tires are not covered for tread wear. This was the first indication they are only focused on up selling as a function of customer service. Left the dealership called Goodyear, went to the tire dealership recommended by Goodyear and received tires at discount per remaining life of tire. This is a pretty standard practice for the tire industry especially when you can show service history. I had a similar situation with my Volvo and as a service focused business they said no problem we will take care of it, this is what I expected from Cadillac as a premium brand. I Believe the premium brand exists without premium customer service. Same worn out GM customer service model. Strike 2: My wife took our car in for oil and filter change. If the $ 52.44 for the oil and filter wasn’t shocking enough, they wanted $ 45 for air filter, $ 100 for cabin filter, $ 155 for cooling flush! Premium prices for premium customer service from those who aren’t familiar with basic tire warranty service. Forget the service record history. I just had a few of the items completed prior to this visit at another Cadillac dealership. No access to that maintenance history. This does exists for other premium brands.

Jeff Miller is a awesome and tremendous sales person. Honest, hard working, non-​pushy, very fair and loads of integrity. Plus Jeff knows the Cadillac brand extremely well. We drove a long way, just to work with Val Ward Cadillac. The reason we made the effort to drive to Val Ward was because of their reputation. Jeff did not disappoint.
We were looking at two CTS models that Val Ward had on their Pre-​Owned lot. They were very similar. But Jeff made sure to point us to the right vehicle. And that really helped. He was very hard working. Staying late, after hours, to make sure we had everything we needed to leave the dealership ready to use the vehicle in perfect condition. He was never pushy or overbearing. As a matter of fact just the opposite. And he was very fair with the price. He negotiated a price we felt comfortable with after investigating the model and prices for it, in the condition it was in and the mileage on the vehicle.
I only wish I lived closer to Val Ward Cadillac to have them doing all the vehicle service. But we will be going back if and when we want to upgrade/​trade in our Cadillac and we will absolutely be contacting Jeff again. If you are thinking of purchasing a Cadillac, I strongly suggest contacting Val Ward and specifically Jeff Miller. Even if you live at a distance from Val Ward, it’s worth it to reach out to them and see what they have and what they can do. Jeff was so accommodating, he even offered to have the vehicle delivered to my home. But I was intent on leaving with the car that evening.

I got the best looking 2013 Cadillac XTS for an amazing price. Not only were they competitive on price, the car had all the options so it was a no brainer to buy. The salesman in their certified used car area, was Norm, he’s another Chicagoland transplant, who was knowledgeable about the car and all the features it has w/​the CUE data center that does everything w/​voice commands. Things like Navigation, find nearest grocery store, call Jonny on cell, turn radio to 92.5, or whatever ur listening too, and south more. This Cadillac is the nicest, sexiest Cadillac’s we have owned. I love the fact that fuel is regular 87 grade. I could go on… anyway I was really happy to have a pressure free purchasing experience at Val Ward. I will be back for more.

Jeff did you deal with my father personally during the time of service? Where did you copy and paste all that mess above from? Seems like you have a folder saved with replies to bad reviews lol Sorry you feel that my review is inaccurate but indeed it is. If anyone wants to contact me for further details they can. 5÷9÷14. Maintenance side… I bought my car a few days ago. I took it in today to have the windows tinted it was part of the deal. I noticed that my trunk struts were out. This was minor so I thought I would get them fixed when windows were tinted. Dan Flynn (customer relations manager) introduced himself as I was dropping car off. I showed him trunk. He had dealership pay to fix trunk. I bought car as is and no way expected them to do that. HE Offered without me even asking for it! Now Thats customer service!
My car was done in 1.5 hrs. I REALLY have had 5 star treatment here. :)

A first class, customer motivated new car dealership. Customers are treated with the utmost respect. Employees there are friendly and most worked there a long time.
