Excellent place to repair phones! I’ve been 2 times to fix my broken IPhone display. A little more expensive then the Apple Store but definitely worth the extra bucks! The guys are very efficient. Store is extremely clean. The Apple Store is very unorganized and very crowded no matter what time of day you go and you have to go by appointment. This store I just call ahead to see if they have the part drive there walk in and within 10 min my phone is like brand new. So yes I am willing to pay the extra 10 – 15.00 to have my phone fixed and not have to deal with Apple.

Great service, staff were prompt and knowledgeable. Justin, who does the PC repairs is awesome, Jake at the desk is very helpful. They were able to fix my custom laptop for a very reasonable price and when the repair wasn’t quite all that was needed they took it back and did replace the needed part at no charge. Only reason it isn’t five star is that sometimes you may need to call back a few times to check on repair, but i honestly think that’s just because they are very busy. My go to guys for any electronic devices.

The guys at ubreakifix were great. Very convenient wait times. Dropped my phone off to repair broken screen. Grabbed a quick bite to eat, walked back to the store and it was finished.
Fair prices for quality of work. I recommend to anyone who needs repairs.

My phone wouldn’t charge and I was so stressed out they looked at it and told me something was jammed. so they removed it and didn’t change me. Thank you so much.

We thought we were going to have to buy a new iphone for our son until we went in to Ubreakifix. The phone had a cracked glass and broken lcd screen and both needed replaced. The employee Jake Z gave us a quick estimate/​evaluation and told us he would have the phone ready in about 30 minutes. We agreed, and came back to a perfectly repaired iphone for avery reaonable price compared to the cost of a new phone.
The best part was the awesome customer service that Jake Z gave our family! He was very courteous, pleasant and professional. We will tell our friends and will come back if we have another accident with one of our phones.

They finished my iPhone repair in an hour and were generally very friendly. I thought their rate for my issue (a botched-​repair repair) was a little pricey at $ 150. Also, when I inquired about their laptop repairs, they said it would take a few days but they kindly recommended another local company to me.

Went In for a simple screen replacement got charged 150 and waited two hours for a botch job that was bad since the second I walked out it was poorly done especially for the amount paid. wish I could say better things.

Great Great Great place! My aunt broke her screen the morning of her daughter’s wedding and was so upset that she wouldn’t be able to take photos of the wedding. While we were getting our hair done, I called, made an appointment, had my dad take the phone over, had my uncle pick it up 2 hours later, and it was perfect. All before she even needed the first photo taken. Plus it was only $ 150. For service that fast and a flawless fix, you can’t get much better than that

Excellence. I came in with a problem the guy fixed it in 2 minutes and didn’t charge me anything. I will definitely be back here again when I have bigger problems.

Great service, reasonable price. I had a cracked screen on my IPhone and they replaced it in 45 minutes. Looks like new. Very friendly service.

These guys are great! Took my husbands phone to AT&T, the charger would not work. They tried cleaning the phone and said I should take it to Ubreakifix. The guys were able to clean it and fix it! Didn’t have to replace the part like AT&T thought they would.
Will go back and recommend them!

I read ten or so reviews on google all w/​raving remarks, but because «Ubreakifix» is an internet savvy company I began to think the 100+ reviews for a store that’s been in business for less than a year might have been made up reviews. The reviews of «fixed in 30 mins, repaired while I waited» were clearly not from this location. The fraternity like feeling, the 6 office chairs and scuzzy laminate flooring and horrible paint job are hardly adequate to account for waiting area… anyway I brought my iPhone that took a swim in the pool to them… they said minimum 24 – 48 hours… ok.
After receiving no emails of any updates after 24hrs (since I had no phone to communicate with) I went into the store. I asked another frat brother if anything had been done w/​my phone, he said what’s ur name… gave it to him, he went to the back of the store found my phone, said the tech started the «water service» but needed more time. I said what did he find out so far? (Mind u my phone was working just fine because immediately after the swim I took off cover, removed battery and left air dry for 24 hrs, the only thing wrong was a little water in front face, which I really wanted then to focus on, of course because they are ‘experts’ I was happy for them to give me the full treat of «water service») The frat brother I mean customer service gent had asked me not to be so threatening with my tone of voice and questions of «what has been done so far?» I was a little shocked since it seemed like a fair question.
Anyway I asked if he couldn’t tell me what had been done so far could he tell me when I could expect it to be repaired and what the damage to my pocket book would be? He said give me a minute went to the back room again turned my phone on, probably for the first time (I could here them chatting about it) came back after 2 mins said the functions of the phone are great u just need new face which is $ 129+tax…I said how long, he said probably 1 – 2 hrs… I thought about it said… no thanks I’ll live with it. A day later, the watermarks have all evaporated my phone is perfect. Short story long, some parent bought their kid a store so he and his buddies could get jobs but they lack; quality, know how, customer service, and pretty much everything u need to run a retail establishment… another sad store of #SWFL…will we ever have higher quality stores here?

Repaired non– functioning camera in my iPhone in less tha 30 minutes. Great service and 90 day warranty. Would use again.

Not too great. Wish I could give it more stars but I would be lying.
Maybe they are just learning to fix stuff. I’ll try using them again in the future.
