History

Established in 1993.

For twenty years, our professionals have provided quality, honest, reliable and fairly priced landscaping services for residential and commercial properties. During this time our crew (s) have operated in multiple regions before our owner relocated the firm to SW Florida to provide lawn service and landscaping to Cape Coral, FL and Fort Myers, FL areas.

Our founder spent his teen years working on the perfectly manicured fairways and greens of Butler National Golf Club, site of the PGA Tour’s Western Open for many years as a caddie and grounds-​crew member; mastering the aspects of turf management, greenskeeping and plant maintenance. These experiences fostered a deep enjoyment of golf and high quality landscaping. Afterward, he founded our company as J&T Services in Brookfield, a western suburb of Chicago, in the fall of 1993, with the goal of providing golf-​course like manicured grounds maintenance to businesses and homes. Today, that goal is the same here in Cape Coral and Fort Myers

Business Owner

Jeff Price is a successful multi-​industry small business entrepreneur who has dozens of professional certifications in technology, landscape and healthcare– IT. Mr. Price is a highly sought after consultant in the field of health information technology and has assisted many of America’s leading Healthcare organizations. His passion is landscape and golf; a passion that is exhibited in his choice to focus on the lawn care service he began over twenty years ago.

After training as a caddie and groundskeeper at Butler National Golf Club, Jeff began a lawn service in 1992, as a teenager, mowing lawns in Brookfield, IL. By the end of 1993, he formalized this business as «J&T Services», with the goal of providing golf-​course like manicured grounds maintenance to businesses and homes. He was first trained for fertilizer and pesticide application, and was licensed as chemical applicator in 1996, with additional training and the Limited Commercial Fertilizer Certification in 2014.
