You always wait in line while a cashier chit chats. I’ve never been asked if I needed help with anything either. There’s one girl that has some cute crazy hair that is always very nice.

This is the worst Michaels ever! Prices are never right, it’s very frustrating.

This Michael’s(the one near Page Field) is by the far the worst in customer service. Every time I have gone in there, there is always only one cashier and when a line forms, there is never any back up. None of the employees who work at this store seem interested in helping you nor do they even seem interesting in life! Never have I gotten a smile from someone or a welcome or thank you. The customer service needs to step up! it stinks, because I like shopping at Michael’s but these people have driven me away to Joann’s!

i like it because I get the paracord and LP frames there for less than other places. Plus, they always have 50% off coupons and accept AC Moore’s too.

Michael’s is mainly mecca for the crafting kindergardner inside every soccer Mom in town. Good thing momma’s got more bucks than a kindergardner because every little packaged bead and crimping tool has a relatively big price tag. Even an empty crafting album wlll suck twenty bucks out of a purse at the register. Amazing that crafting has so blatantly taken over this«arts supply“store. It’s a cult, isn’t it, that no one’s investigating? But I came in to look for earring backs. Found ‘em. 170 pcs of clear teeny, rubbery anchors that are sure to disappear near the jewelry box at home with the same frequency as the second sock in the dryer. So thanks, Michael’s. In exchange for a scant coupla bucks, you’ve brought modernity to my world. Years ago during fashion emergencies, I had to cut a piece off the eraser end of a pencil to keep that earring in place.
