Martini 41 and The Pallet

Place looked nice but the bar service was poor. Drinks served were not up to standards. They couldn’t pour to save their life. I went back to save the drink but the drink was just stronger with no quality. I asked for an LIT I don’t think they even had sour but they didn’t even say that they didn’t they just poured assuming people wouldn’t notice the difference? Atleast the second time it was horrible but tasted like alcohol. I slowly sipped on this drink and refused to buy another. Shots of patron didn’t go wrong at least. Spanish music in the main room had no variety all salsa and some of it sounded very depressing. Then about 1230pm the band came on and was very unprofessional they couldn’t manage the speakers and the music was just typical
Mexican music. I was confused cause all night it was salsa music. The outside was nicely decorated but the music was electrical music and no one was outside enjoying the music. Idk Anyone who listens to salsa music does not typically listen to electrical music. Overall it was not a good experience and with a $ 10 cover the 3 of us were not happy left at 0045.
