The reason I gave them 1 star is zero was not an option. Fred Kobe drives around to search for newer air conditioners and reports them to code enforcement office if no permit was pulled. This practice has been done form many years. I would recommend everyone stay away from this unscrupulous company. I wouldn’t trust their work or follow-​up service. I don’t know how he sleeps at night. He has nothing to gain except to harass people and companies. Also. He needs to be reported for trespassing.
