I have called Heritage Institute several times, here is my experience each time. 1. Spoke with Page and expressed interest, she asked me to come in, without giving me a whole lot of info. I asked for info about day time classes and she said that can only be provided if I come in. 2. Page asked me tell her WHY I had to cancel my appt, I asked her for a bit more info before I could justify a 2hr bus ride to the school, she said«OK, but you will have to come in». Her demeanor resembled a car sales person, she really put the pressure on 3. I asked for the director of admissions, where I was told«Everything I need to know is on the website, except for the class times and dates, for that I was told I would need to come in. CLEARLY, the priority is to sell me an education, not provide me with information so I can make an informed decision. They really put on a lot of pressure and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Stay away from this place, they tend to speak down to you if «dig deep for extra info», they treat potential students like little kids, not adults that need to make informed decisions. They tried to «force» an answer out of me, when I had to cancel my appointment… like I needed an excuse note from my mommy/doctor. After this I called 3 more local schools and got all the info I needed, THEN went in to visit the school!
