And, we limit the amount of jobs we take on at any one time in order to give personal service. With GR’s vast experience in remodeling our team can envision many unknown options for the remodeling of your project while doing an on-​site inspection prior to giving you an estimate.

Established in 1992.

Richard A. Rogero is the qualifying agent and the Vice President of GR. Rick has been a Florida State Certified General Contractor for over thirty-​four years (License #CGC020616). He has over forty years of extensive knowledge and experience in all types and phases of construction. During these forty plus years he has professionally handled over $ 130 million worth of construction.

Glynnis M. Rogero is the President and Chief Financial Officer of GR. Glynnis has over thirty years of management and bookkeeping experience, which includes working with several local architects before starting GR with husband, Rick, in 1992.

I am the Qualifying Agent, Vice President and co-​owner (with my wife) of GR Construction Mgmt., Inc. I have been a Florida State Certified General Contractor for over 35 years (License #CGC 20 616). I have over 40 years of extensive knowledge and experience in all types and phases of construction. During these 40 plus years I have professionally handled over $ 130 million worth of construction.
