I wouldn’t even give them a star if that was possible. Horrible customer service. They tell you a diff thing each time you call and make you stay on the line for hours at a time. Home phone/​internet/​Cable is out of service more often than it works. Have been over charged 3 times already and only had them 2 months! They also raised the monthly rate after promising a 1 yr price guarantee. Charged me to fix a problem with lines they had that were outside my house. Made me drive an hour to return equipment but wouldn’t let me pick up new equipment at same location (instead I had to have it shipped and pay extra for shipping as well as wait days for it to arrive.) Not available to help when needed.. . WORST company I have ever had to deal with.

How does a company this crappy stay in business?!? I can’t believe the lack of knowledge by each one of the employees I had to deal with. They must hire the stupidest people, and some how make them even stupider! Switching from Crapcast to Dish Network was the best thing that ever happened to me. AVOID COMCAST AT ALL COSTS!

I would rather have a root canal than call Comcast, it is the worst customer service experience imaginable… you always are on hold for 30 minutes, get routed three or more times before someone can assist you, then either get disconnected and have to start over or don’t get your problem solved. I tried to order Comcast TV and after 14 days of waiting for a technician to show up with the right equipment and more than 28 phone calls, I finally cancelled it and ordered Dish TV-​the Dish TV was installed within 8 hours of my call, with no problems.
Unfortunately if you want high speed internet in my area you are forced to use them. so I signed up for Internet only to find out later that my bills were padded with unauthorized charges, such as phone service. I don’t need or want phone service and told them so on a number of calls. After I made two or three different calls to correct this, it still showed up on my bill. So when I called today, I was told they would not credit me back for past months, only prorate moving forward. I told them that they are stealing from me. I will now have to dispute my Visa and contact their legal department. They have about $ 300 of excess charges. I just can not comprehend how a company this bad continues to stay in business. I can not wait until Summit Broadband expands into our neighborhood. I will be the first in line to make the change and may even decide to suffer with slow Internet alternatives until then… anything to avoid dealing with Comcast! It is a joke.

I wish I could give lower than one star. Unfortunately, with only myself to blame, I have used this company for the past 2 years. My price has slowly increased and increased. I do not use cable as I stream everything and called Crapcast to see if I could lower my price by losing the cable. They told me that there was no package that included internet only and that I had to have both… right…
The Internet connection from Crapcast is insulting. It constantly has dips every few minutes that causes any streaming to pause and buffer for 30 – 45 seconds. The only remedy seems to be resetting the modem. This gives me about 30 minutes of solid Internet connection. After that, the cycle begins again.
Please take my and the other thousands of horrible reviews you can google about this company seriously. USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

The absolute worst company on earth. I don’t know how they can get away with half the stuff the do! Crooks that charge you for services that you don’t even have. Lathe highest bill we have and doesn’t work half time. Forget trying to call the company for help with anything. Will wait for hours on hold then hey hang up on your when you finally get to an actual person!

The entire comcast company doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. I would like to know what happens to the employees who didn’t follow protocol after calling me at 7pm on a Saturday asking for credit card information and then subsequently canceling my service call because I didn’t comply. This has not been a smooth experience at all.

This company SUCKS 7 weeks later hours on the phone with several people 6 reschedule installs and now to be told no service this company has no clue of service and I am writing to every review I can for all to know service sucks from all departments we were a customer years ago and no way will we ever be a customer here to be told they needed to run another line and then installer never showing up to the point yesterday someone was coming out no one again shown they reschedule again for this coming Tuesday and I called because email billing was wrong and that’s when I was told after 6 calls being hung up on twice that order was cancel so if I didn’t call I would of waited and wasted another day for no show Comcast this company is the worse

Continue of my story with Comcast. My mother’s original call to this company was Jan 7^th, to put her order in for boxes for two TVs. With 5 phone calls and finding out her orders were never put in, she decided to tell this company, do not bother I will find another way to watch tv. Today Jan 28^th, the boxes now have arrived, after she told customer service, please don’t bother! Please let me know, how this company makes money… There is now the new dealing with the bill when it arrives… way to much energy put into this company, and no service!

Every time I’ve been in this facility, the line has been L O N G, the customers disgruntled and the employees mean and nasty.
I’ve been in for both my own home use and my cousin’s home use and each time I walk out of there like «wtf just happened?». When explaining a bill dispute or a box issue, the people behind the counter are reading from a script (that the customer can’t see, just like when you call the 800 number). You show just the ounce of dissatisfaction and say something that they don’t have a line number for, you’re left sitting there arguing how the Nth degree refurbished set top box is so bad that you can’t even turn it on.
There’s one guy who works there that gives the illusion he’s holier then thou because he’s at Comcast. He is snarky, he is rude and he doesn’t give a darn about your issue. Went in for a bill problem and he refused service. Asked for a manager and he said no management was in the building. This wasn’t the first time he’s said that, either. Of the handful of times I, my friends or family have gone in, he’s said no managers are there. It’s pretty much the line up of employees you see at the counter, for people in the office. We fought to talk to someone, and all this guy did was instant message *someone*. He kept chatting online with a person, claiming to be his manager. We couldn’t see the screen, so we don’t know what he was typing or talking to. We got attitude, we got eye rolls. We walked out more frustrated and deeper in debt to this company than we needed.
And the sad thing? Every worker at that counter pushes you off to this guy because they’re departmentalized. They can do certain things… can not help with a bill AND give you a box or answer a question about a program. Kinda lousy if your employees can’t be well versed in everything… especially when you’ve got a line out the door and 5 people working.
As far as the 800 service goes, when you talk to an out of country call center and they end up sending you a tech, the local worker will talk the most trash about their call centers because «they don’t know what they’re talking about». The field techs don’t seem to either, if they claim the Comcast regulated modem that keeps shutting off service for 8 hours every few weeks «isn’t our fault», but an «issue with the street wires». Again, a refurbished box that came out of the Comcast office, and doesn’t give 100% satisfaction.
Like most people, I wish Comcast didn’t have a monopoly in areas and you could choose the «best» business out there. or at least find someone new!

You have to wonder who is in charge of this company? How could anyone responsible allow this kind of treatment to customers? What a disgrace. I think it’s best to report to the AG consumer protection and do it in droves. I can’t believe that not a single person has anything good to say about Comcast! They treat everyone with such disrespect especially seniors. Shameful!

I called about the IR receiver which should have been included in our set up package. We paid for the in home installer. He did not leave one for us.
I was told to pick it up at the Comcast store. No charge.
I drove the 10 mile round trip. The waiting room was full. My waiting number was 135. The serving number was 36.
I left in disgust. What lousy service.
Now I will request they sent it to me! Ha. We shall see how that goes…

Do I have to really say anything. Their DVR box is trash had to have mine replaced about 11 times in the past 5 years, their menu system was switched to a cheaper system that runs as well as my Atari 2600 and the cost goes up 10 dollars a year… yeah I am paying near 200 a month … for TV. Service is terrible and this video sums up Comcast… Its Comcastic for sure. Its explicit, just search Comcast on Funny or Die website. Funny thing, I get a call from their service department for a survey and they ask the question Out of our competitors who would would choose besides Comcast (something like that) I answered, what competition? You guys lobbied the FCC to cut out territory, I have no choice for a hardwired service, your the only one. The Comcast employee laugh.

Worst customer service in world. Whoever runs customer service should be fired. I have seen customers treated by company terrible when dropping or exchanging equipment. This week my experience came when my sister passed away, i was out of state 2 weeks. All bills that were in were paid when i left. When i came back bill must have come day i left because it was only bill past due by a couple of days. I called comcast explained that i had my sister pass and wasn’t in town for mail. She explained that i had 7 days and when my bill is due at each month. I calmly said did you hear one word i was saying about my sister. Comcast rep hung up on me! Comcast has no heart they should listen what people are saying, i just explained i had a death in my family and didn’t need a lecture of when bill is due. If they try to charge me a late fee i Will cancel my very long service with Comcast

I am completely dissatisfied with Comcast TV. Internet and phone work well. Our community has an onsite rep and that should tell You something. Could it be because contract is being negotiated? Are there alternatives?

Worst service ever. I had perfect service with other provider but comcast quotes higher internet speeds so I switched. I have on average .8 mbs up and 2.2 mbs down even though I am paying for 30 mbs. I have to call weekly as my phone is so crackly no one can hear me including comcast — so I have to call them on my cell to get support which entails — sir can you unplug you modem — no I will not unplug it again. Everyone on my street that has comcast has the same problem — it is not my frickin modem. Comcast succcckkkksssss.

Terrible service. Worst move I ever made was going with Comcast.

Sales reps lie, no customer service by phone on the weekend to change service and their 800 number disconnects.
Would give zero stars if possible.
