Dr. Middaugh grew up in Southwest Florida, graduated from Wake Forest University and The University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is active in his church, Walk to Emmaus, Kairos Prison Ministry, Christian Chamber of SWF, and leads annual medical mission teams to Central America. He and his wife have two boys who enjoy scouts, sports, and music.
