Won’t ever come back to this location again. Worst customer service ever. Answer to everything was call customer service, really, why are you working then, ugh!

Apparently they are not a real AT&T. Avoid at all costs! Completely incompetent — messed up my plan that I’ve had for 10 years, then gave me the wrong phone! Sent me to the company store to return the phone, but I can’t since place isn’t a «real» AT&T. Worst experience of my life.
