They showed up late and without the two car seats that we had requested. Gary made no attempt to fix the situation. He did admit that it was his fault. We had to call Island Coast Transport (a different company) to get to the airport. It put us in a very tight bind with time. They were closing the door to the plane when we were running through the terminal. I would NEVER recommend using this company.
