Sebastian, my technician, was punctual, polite, and professional. He listened carefully to my concerns, repeatedly concerns back to me to ensure we were on the same page, and advices me on how he planned to address each of my concerns. He was considerate (he made sure he wore his booties inside), explained his recommendations to prolong the life of my unit. Overall, a delightful and educational experience with an agent that was professional and effective.

Josue, Yuset and Alfredo were amazing. These guys arrived exactly on time at 8AM & worked professionally and tirelessly until Midnight. I expected the installation to take all or part of 3 days. They asked my permission to work late into the night which I readily gave.
The job entailed the following: removal of existing and ancient HVAC system including duct work/​insulation/​air handlers, installation of new AC unit/​heater/​ductwork as well as new vents/​returns.
This team worked cooperatively and efficiently. They were respectful of the property and were simply a delightful group of well trained professionals.
I recommend them without reservation.

Very knowledgable technician and professional service. We signed up for their service contract and on their first visit the tech spent 2 and a half hours at our house going over both air conditioners and answering our questions.

It is hard to find a company that consistently does what they say. Advanced Air is one of a rare breed. Since choosing them for our maintenance we have been trouble free.
Last week our air conditioner blew its final breath. The service team arrived within the hour to get it restarted, found the problem and offered options. Given the age of our old one, we opted to look at a new one.
Within an hour the comfort specialist was in our house, offered a competitive bid (I had previously researched the cost), and ordered in the install team. 4 hours after their arrival the job was done, all debris removed and a cool breeze from the new machine returned comfort to our home.
Our new AC has a 12 year parts and labor warranty. If the old one had that we wouldn’t have needed to replace one now. The cheap unit the builder put into our house cannot compare to the new Daikin unit.

I had them out in November when my air went out. They replaced the fan motor at a very marked up price — total cost over $ 750 for service that should have been closer to $ 450 or $ 500 at most. They «sold» me a service contract to reduce the cost. The air went out again the same night and they charged me Another trip charge. Over the weekend the air went out again. This time I was told it was the capacitor and they wanted to charge me $ 349 for the part alone. This part costs less than $ 100 retail. I would steer clear of this company.
Today I had another company come out and fix their mistakes for a mere $ 100. When they replace the fan motor they put the wrong cap on which was causing the unit to overheat. They replaced this AND a new 60 mfd capacitor for far less than I paid for the wrong capacitor over the weekend,

I bought my Train from Advanced Air on 10÷15÷13 on 4÷17÷14 they had to install a new condenser unit. On 9÷15÷14 it blew out all of its gas, I thought it had caught on fire. They had to replace all of the gas. I do have pictures of the two expensive parts they had to replace on this problem. Something broke off and cut a metal line. On 12÷12÷14 they had to install a high pressure switch. On 12÷22÷14 they had to replace the high pressure sensor. So… Now once again it breaks down and given all past experiences I am pretty sure it is the… Pressure switch. They now want $ 108.00 just for a service call. I have never had this much trouble with an AC unit.

I called Advanced Air for a quote on replacing my a/​c unit in a condo I own in Fort Myers, Fl. They came out within a few hours to assess my needs and quote me for a replacement unit. Within hours I received thier quote. So why the low rating??? Thier quote was 25% higher then my other quote for the identical equipment. The lower priced company came with good references and online ratings. BEWARE you can get good service at a much more competative price. Be smart and get a few estimates.

Darwin C installed two Halo UV Filtration units today, and did an outstanding job! Very professional, pleasant and efficient service. He thoroughly explained the system and how it works. Darwin was very careful and considerate in the installation process, and he used slipcovers on his shoes to protect our floors. He answered all our questions. We were so pleased with his work that we signed for a 5-​year maintenance agreement for our two AC units. Thank you, Darwin!

I had my entire unit replaced by Nicolas C., Carlos P., Moises S., and Jesus P. and they were both efficient and knowledgeable. They arrived at 7:30am and were gone by 11:30am. They did an excellent job and made sure I understood what was being done and why. They answered all my questions and when they left, the house was as clean as when they arrived. I highly recommend this company for their expertise and courtesy.

I’ve had a contract for my Furnace/​AC for a few years for my home in Naples, FL. Everyone in the company that I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, and skillful at their jobs. My AC has reliably worked throughout the 5 month hot/​wet season with no outages. I’m very happy with their service.

This was our first service visit since having our A/​C unit installed 6 months ago. Michelle called two days before to confirm and then again the morning of their arrival. This is exactly the type of service that should be provided by anyone in the service industry! Great job Michelle and Advanced.

Woke up this morning to find our AC wasn’t working. Called the original folks that installed it and they never returned my call. Called Advanced Air and they had a service person at our house in 45 minutes. When I called they told me it would be $ 109.00 for the first 15 minutes. That was a little frightening but the house was getting pretty warm so I said ok.
The service person diagnosed the problem which was an electical issue in the unit in our attic. He had it fixed in under 30 minutes. When he handed me the bill it was for $ 109.00. I was plesantly surprised!
Advanced Air was responsive, reasonably priced and easy to deal with, all in an «emergency» situation.
Great job Advanced Air!

Advanced Air was fantastic. My AC went out Thursday night late and I had to work the entire day following until past 8pm. Tabatha answered my original call at 5am early Friday morning and remained on duty throughout the following day. She was excellent; patient and informative. I was stuck at work until late the day following and Tabatha helped me coordinate a late visit by the tech — after 8:00pm on a Friday night!
The tech, Anthony, arrived at 8pm. I was late from work arriving about 8:15pm. Anthony knew I was in route and patiently waited for my arrival. He was superb. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Anthony was informative, sincerely attempting to solve the problem without making big dollar recommendations. I was impressed with his high level of integrity and attention to detail. In the end, Anthony fixed the AC with minimal costs and made great recommendations for preventative maintenance. We now are setting up a preventative maintenance schedule per his recommendation. I highly recommend this company for residential work.

We have used Advanced Air & Refrigeration twice. The first to repair our ancient Goodman system that died on Father’s Day (*&**!!##). I waited until the following day to call. Lead Tech James showed up early, identified the part in less than 5 minutes, took only ONE part out of the truck, and had the system up and running within 15 minutes. Talk about experience! And then he tells me to not wait a day next time — to call them any time ²⁴⁄₇.
This prompted us to get AA&R to give us a price to replace our unit with a new Train system (best available IMHO). The price was much lower than I had expected and well within our budget with the special 0% financing Train offered.
We signed up and had a new unit installed three days later. They sent Lead Techs Donovan D., Nicolas C., and two assistant techs Elijah B. and I unfortunately failed to get the 4^th guys name. These guys arrived early, protected all of our floors and furniture in the vacinity, replaced the entire system, and were done in about 4 hours. The workmanship is first rate. They walked me though the operation of the unit and helped me program the wifi accessible thermostat (which is also awsome).
I have never provided an on-​line review before, but was so impresses with this company, how well it is run, and the above average guys they employ, I felt compelled to sign up and give them the 5 stars they deserve.

Excellent Service !! We are new customers to Advanced Air and are so happy with the service ! James D and Tony D both did an outstanding job for us. James found a problem with our fan while taking care of our spring service and the very next day Tony D was at our home replacing it. He took time to bring the damaged fan into our home so we could see for ourselves what it looked like. Love this company and the employees, from the girls that take your call to the service men who come out they are an awesome team !

My first business with this company left me wanting a second opinion. They service man told me I needed a new unit because it is leaking and old. The $ 6500 price tag prompted me to wanting another opinion. Because of a frantic work schedule and cooler weather I decided to tend with that a few weeks down the road. A follow up call from Advanced got us talking about less expensive options. Two days later Lannis came out and fixed the unit for $ 180. Faith restored.

Mike S. came to service the AC for our house after is stopped working. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure to explain step-​by-​step what he was doing so that I, a layman, could understand.
If anything goes wrong in the near future, I’ll make sure to ask for Mike S.
