Known for the ‘Finest’ thin crust pizza. The dough is rolled fresh daily, the sausage is hand mixed, the sauces are all homemade as well as all the dressings. If you want the best thin crust this is the place to go. The Italian beef and Italian subs are also delicious.
History
Established in 1947.
The Jolly Roger was opened in Champaign/Illinois in 1947 by Maxine and Raymond Timpone. Michael Timpone, their son took over the family business and successfully ran it until 2006. He moved to Fort Myers Beach and decided to open a Jolly Roger ‘on the beach’ December of 2013.

Parents started Jolly Roger restaurant in Champaign-Urbana Illinois in 1947. I took over restaurant in 1986. Moved to Fort Myers Beach and opened Jolly Roger ‘on the beach’ in December 2013. Known for the ‘finest thin crust pizza’ and Italian beef.
