Worst place ever! I am licensed as a cosmetologist and I know where to beware! First off the owner is the most offensively rude person not only to me but to other customers as well while I was there only for a short time. The man working with my mother was super pushy and kept trying to get my mom to put pink shellac on her nails when all she wanted was a simple manicure with clear polish. I get trying to up a sale but this guy was not listening at all. The older lady working on me picked up a tool (cuticle pusher) that had obviously been used already!!! it had old acrylic on it and gunk she was just about to use it until I pointed out how dirty it was then she went to the enclave to pick a new clean one out. Just a terrible experience and tense atmosphere! Avoid please.

A few years ago I visited this salon and walked out after just a moment or two. Do you know when something just doesn’t feel right. It didn’t feel right. I looked at the polishes and each bottle was almost empty. It was hot inside the shop. Unappealing for a supposed place of pampering. The personnel were unfriendly. I simply just got up and left. For convenience, I recently decided to give this «salon» another try. I had heard from friends that there were new owners but that they were worse than ever before, including nasty personalities and yelling. Regardless, but stupidly, I gave it a try. Guess what. Nasty personalities and yelling. I just turned and walked out.

First time customer and I loved it! Great gel pedicure with leg massage. My technician was very thorough. And I loved the massaging chair. Highly recommend.

I had maybe the best pedicure I have ever had. My manicurist was very gentle and thorough. The chair had an amazing massage. It was a beautiful beach day so not very busy, I was taken care of right away. I think that some of the other staff might be a little more professional for example, one woman manicurist was eating some chips and she was walking around, chewing with her mouth wide open.
The shop was clean. There were signs posted that they do not take credit cards on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Not sure why, but I brought cash so it wasn’t a problem for me.
I was a bit stunned by the price of a pedicure and gel manicure. The most I have ever paid was $ 52 and I was charged $ 70. This is the only thing that might prevent me from returning as there are many nail salons along Estero Blvd and before I go I will ask around again for prices.

I wouldn’t let the person who does the waxing anywhere near you! She went way to close to my eyes and nose with the wax, basically put to much on, let it sit on too long and she ripped a layer of skin off. I had scabs for over a week. When I returned to show her what she had done she was not apologetic about it at all and acted like that happens all the time! I’ll stand by my review on their nail services but lesson learned, no more waxing!

Super sweet staff! The super deluxe pedi was so wonderful!
The atmosphere is not much, but clean and organized.
My mom dropped a bottle of polish and it went every where. The staff were only worried about her safely with the broken glass and just kept trying to reassure her that it was ok.
We will be coming back!

The service was great for my pedicure. My sister and I tried to walk in at another salon and were treated very rudely. This place was friendly and efficient.

Excellent service, very friendly and polite. They had openings immediately and a large assortment of colors. Reasonably priced, $ 29 for basic pedicure. Happy with the overall experience ;)

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude, rude, rude. For a beach business that should be friendly & welcoming they are quite the opposite. They treat people like cattle. Go to Attitude Nails on Bonita Beach road instead. They appreciate customers.

Had a terrible experience at this place. My girlfriends and I walked in to make appts. and they told us to come back at 3. So we did and they looked at us like they had no idea what we were talking about, we sat around for a half hr. until one of us was able to sit down and the employee stuck her nails right into acetone which completely destroyed her solar nails. We said we would be back the next day because I was getting a reg. manicure which is hard to mess up and my friend needed her nails fixed. We came back the next day and the staff was extremely rude and did a terrible job on my friends nails (she got shellac which started chipping only a couple days later). Rude staff, terrible service, will never ever go back.

I came by at 9 but they were not open yet as stated on there card but it’s Monday I know it’s hard to get going so I called before I came back. I was greeted by a young boy he asked what I was on for I told him pedi. And he asked me to select a color. I did and he usher me to the chair. He was very quite but did ask if I was vacationing. He was very good. I had asked him to go gentle on my feet die to some walking hot spots on my feet. He did and asked if it was OK. I am giving him the 4stars he was good. The place is clean. The lady’s in the shop were on the phone the whole time I was there but what are you going to do on a very slow morning. Also they don’t take credit cards and there is an ATM in the shop for a small fee you can get money. But there is no signage stating this I assume as the ladies before me paid cash and the ATM is staring me in the face. So unlike the other reviews my experience was fine maybe they were just to busy that day? I know my experience with nail salons is that they really don’t take appointments as it’s always first come first served. Unless you at a actual hair salon. So give them a try first in the am when they are not so busy

My 2 daughters and I had appointments at 12 noon. We waited 30 min. And left. We were told we could not charge cash only. Then we saw them charging other people’s cards. Very unfriendly. Instead of taking us next the employees were in the back. Would never go back!
